Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Frederick

I ordered through Uber eats at 6:00PM. Uber eats said that my order would be ready at 6:20. I went through their pick-up drive through and was told that it wasn't ready and there were 13 orders in front of mine! I had to ask her how long until it would be ready. She told me in about 15 minutes. I went back 15 minutes later and went into the restaurant. It was packed. I showed them my online order. I was again told that it wasn't ready. I asked again after a few minutes and was being told that they were making it then. I waited 10 more minutes and asked again. Then I was told they couldn't find my order! I showed them my order on my phone and then they began making it. At some point, they offered me a drink, but that was it. I declined as I had drinks at home and just wanted my order. An hour after ordering, I FINALLY received my order. When I got home with the order, it did not have the guacamole that I ordered with my Quessdilla. I have given this Chipotle three chances now. The first time was just a week after they opened. There was not a clean table in the whole restaurant, behind the counter there was food droppings everywhere nothing was wiped up. I left the first time thinking, okay they just opened they're getting their stuff together it's going to take some time to work out all the kinks. I go in a second time. This time I order online. My bowl was missing half of the ingredients I asked for. When I went in and asked them to fix it I got nothing but attitude from the girl behind the counter and the manager. Then today we went for the third time, thinking it has to have gotten better. Boy was I wrong, dirty dishes stacked high, countertops and tables not wiped down, and food mixed together because of sluppy serving. It's absolutely disgusting. Plus the young male manager is incredibly rude. If he doesn't like his job or did not want his job he should not have taken it. This place needs to make a change quickly or it's not going...

I stopped in tonight and there was a long line. I waited it out. Had some good interactions with the people in front of and behind me. The line moved pretty quick. It stalled a little when a couple of ladies in front of me weren’t quite prepared to order. Oh well. The guy that greeted me when it was my turn was nice. He thanked me for my patience. The two gals that were finishing and wrapping my burrito were also friendly and efficient at keeping things moving. I took the burrito home to eat. It was one of THE BEST Burritos I have ever gotten at a Chipotle. And I have had more than my fair share! Welcome to the tri-town area Chipotle, we are glad you are here.

I also want to take a minute to mention a couple of the negative reviews for this place. Get real people! This place has been open for a week. Both of those reviews were practically on day one.
