The worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin. Went there twice within 1 week, the staff was beyond rude and incapable. My first visit, I ordered online and arranged to pick up inside. I ordered 3 large drinks, there they were sitting on the counter but completely out of reach, closer to the staff. I stood there waiting for several minutes trying to get someone’s attention as there were several staff members working behind the counter but they all refused to even look at me. I finally had to call out to someone, one of the girls just shoved the drinks toward me without saying a word. I was struggling to carry them, I politely asked for a carrier, she was very unhappy about that and just tossed the carrier at me.
My second visit I ordered a breakfast sandwich, took them 15 mins to make, I didn’t even know if they received the order, it should have never taken that long. And there I was waiting at the counter again, no one acknowledging me. I finally got the attention of a boy sweeping the floors, behind the counter, but he seemed rather uninterested when I inquired about my order and he just kept on sweeping. No one answered me. I finally had to go to the cashier to ask, the sweeper was there and said he asked about the sandwich already (which he didn’t, I was watching the entire time). I finally got my sandwich after much prompting, it was cold, stale and the cheese was really cold, the entire thing was obviously just thrown together. Read moreMy visit today (2-26-25) Around 10:20am. I just got out of stressful CT scan today and usually celebrate with getting a Wake-Up Wrap and a coffee. I don't think I will again moving forward. Today was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a Dunkin and maybe even a drive through fast food experience. I ordered a Large Ice Shaken Expresso, Hashbrowns, and a Sausage Wake-Up Wrap. I was given everything except my wake up wrap which I was given a donut. Which I touched by the way because I reached my hand in the bag to get my wake up wrap. I turned around and went back through the drive through telling the woman over the intercom that I received a donut instead of a wake up wrap. Upon reaching the window, she was very dismissive and would not even look at me. She motioned for me to hand her the bag containing the donut, which like it was given to me so why would you take it back? I am pretty sure you should not do that with food. Then a few moments later proceeds to almost throw the bag with the wake up wrap at me. Not look at me, no apology, very rude and disrespectful. I will not be going to this Dunkin Donuts location ever again. I was already stressed out from getting a CT scan done this morning, and had to deal with this horrible treatment by the person working the drive-thru window. DO NOT go to this location. Read moreThis Dunkin Donuts became more convenient for me to go to on Sundays I get donuts for my kids and take them to their grandmas house while I work. There is one guy in particular that is absolutely horrible completely rude. I’ve been afraid to even say anything because I don’t want him to do something to our food or drink. He’s definitely not someone I’d want at the window of a business where you have to deal with people. I drove up to the window and my debit card fell out of my hand into my purse so I was retrieving it and this made him very upset , he started clearing his throat loudly and slamming my order on the counter repeatedly to get my attention I found my card in less than a minute about 45 seconds. The rest of our exchange was silent, I got no receipt but he never gives me my receipt anyway, everyone else does. I work with people so It came naturally for me to smile and say thank you before leaving which I hate that I did because he was just so nasty from start to finish.
