Vocelli Pizza — Restaurant in Frederick

We ordered 2 pizzas, wings and a salad from Vocelli Pizza in Thomas Johnson Dr and unfortunately the pizzas were RAW. The salad was SO old and the wings were okay. We called the store to let them know and the person on the phone told us that because we ordered through Uber Eats that there is nothing they can do and that they are not at fault for the way that the pizzas were cooked, that is not their problem! I leave this here because bad customer service needs to be shared and I wish I knew before ordering that this store doesn’t stand behind their food. The person was very disrespectful and didn’t apologize once for not cooking their pizza. Worst customer service I experience in all Frederick. TJ drive only. The owner on Industry Ln is a lier and theif. I will nevwr order from them agaun and we were spending about $100/month or delivery from them. He double charged me on my credit card and told me to come to the store with my bank statement, the same night. I had my receipt and bank statement and went there just to be told he wasnt there and was out of town and would be back for a week. Managers called him on the phone and he wanted me to leave my entire bank statement there without any of my other charges blacked out. So I have been a fan of Vocellis for years . However tonights order of Quatro Cheese and Chicken parm was disgusting . It was delivered via DoorDash . I put the order in at 808pm and it was delivered by 834pm .I live 11 minutes away . The Pizza seemed Iike it had been sitting the cheese was lumpy. and the Chicken Parm was cold . When I called the store the manager kept saying how everything is fresh . Was not looking for excuses but accountability . I have been in the shop and had to wait 15 minutes -20 minutes for a dish so the quick turnover explains lot. The fact of the matter is , they close at 9 .
