KFC — Restaurant in Frederick

I used to drive through Saturday December 21st about 5:00 p.m. . I ordered a mountain dew lightning the mountain dew lightning. it didn't quite taste like it normally does, a little bit watered down. For my meal I ordered the KFC famous bowl. It was okay not any better than any other gas station food in the area. The chicken was on the dry side like it had been sitting out for a while. Then I had the chocolate chip mini cake. It was moist and sticky. Not bad overall but certainly not fresh. The person running to drive through was pleasant. No issues there at all. They did get my order correct. However the food just wasn't that great to be honest. Is other people have mentioned in their reviews KFC definitely needs to step up their game because the local gas stations are beating them out on their chicken and sides. If someone asked me if I want chicken I would have to debate whether we went to one of the local gas stations...

We went for a late lunch after shopping. The young man behind the counter was extremely slow and impolite. He made us wait for over 2 minutes just standing there before he took our order. Then when I went back up to get honey and mustard packets I had to wait 5 minutes while he talked to coworkers and slowly put food in boxes. While putting together a box he dropped chicken tenders on the counter and proceeded to pick them up and put the in the box he was filling. When another employee walked up to the register I tried to ask him for the sauce and his reply was "you have to talk to him" and walked off telling the guy at the counter that I needed assistance. The original employee I talked to then said "yeah. I know. I'm busy doing this" and completely ignored me. It finally took a third employee going up to the register, after the 5 minutes, to get my 4 packets of sauce. I would not recommend this restaurant and would...

RUDE and LAZY I’m trying to order a 8 or 10 pieces of drum and the lady on the speaker said she couldn’t do that many so I was like cool let me try a 6 piece and she stated she doesn’t know if that’s possible so I’m here trying to figure out what I can get and I wouldn’t mind a little curiosity opinion on what’s available and as soon as I wanted to order they switched whoever is on the speaker and I didn’t think of it much so I ordered a Mac N Cheese and I pulled up to the window and waited a good bit until the lady opens the window and comes with an attitude with her hands up like what do you want like EXCUSE ME ma’am you got me waiting and you didn’t even TRY to COMMUNICATE with me on why I’m waiting in front of the window and I understand a different person took my order but is there really no communication...
