There is a new evening/ night guy there that HAS to be a manager (if he isnât then someone needs to get on that) & let me tell youâŚâŚhe has absolutely upgraded this place. This TacoBell is close to home and the only thing other than sheetz open late so itâs a frequent stop. I work late most nights and by the time Iâm home or off, itâs the only thing open. For the longest time it was hit or miss with this location, but I have deff noticed a huge improvement. He is always pleasant & upbeat, never rude or Annoyed. (Which seems to be the norm these days with fast food) Every single interaction has left ME in a better mood when I walk or drive away.(not saying that something was wrong with my order, but letâs face it, if you are eating Taco Bell late at night the chances that your day went smooth are slim already) My order is 99% correct 99% of the time since he started here and the 1% it wasnât, heâd be super apologetic, nice and accommodating. De-escalating and providing real life solutions. Can you clone him?!? Seriously! THIS is how fast food should be, this is how literally all customer service should be. Iâm not someone who tries to get over, or get free stuff, or be difficult just cause I want to take my bad day out on someone. Iâm a simple person who expects that the order I placed at the end of a long day (paying the price relayed to me for that order) be correct and fresh. Not instead, at other locations (even this very one previously) I get what someone else thinks I should get & then give me attitude about it when I did nothing wrong except point out that this is not what I paid for- he delivers! Heâs a keeper and he seems to lift those around him too because the quality has taken a noticeable upturn. Kudos to whomever hired him and give that man a bonus!

   Read moreThey brought the Nacho Fries back. But they only real good when they are hot. So I ordered some and a taco. Late night snack while I'm out Ubering. The girl on the mic took my order then I had to ask if she heard me cause she said nothing back. Once at the window the girl never smiled or said thank you just took my payment and closed the window. Handed me my food in the same manner. So not so friendly staff. I had to blow my horn because when I checked my fries they were luke warm so I asked her to give me hot to touch fries. So she rolled her eyes and asked me if I wanted some more. I said please and thank you. She closed the window and walked away came and asked me to come back another day for hot fries. I said i couldn't cause I don't live in the area. She became more annoyed with me. Walked way they made the fries but when I was trying to explain that I'm not being rude I just can't come back an hour away for hot fries.    Read moreWORST experience weâve ever had at a Taco Bell. We pulled through the drive thru for our mobile order and the boy handed out our food. We are unfamiliar with how taco bell makes their coffees so we asked if there was any creamer or something we could have for the coffee and he goes âwell, what do you wantâ in a rude tone. We said âis there any vanilla creamerâ and he goes âyou want more? We already put some in the coffeeâ and said âoh well nvm..â and he goes âyeah, sorryâ in another rude tone and never said âthank you, have a nice dayâ and just closed the door as we drove off. We also had to go in to order another item that was âno longer thereâ on the app but you could still order it inside. We sat there waiting to be helped, the boy was on his phone and another worker was sitting down with a child.
