I ordered chicken fries for my 3 yrs old daughter in drive thru and the lady said it's going to take 5 to 10 minutes, do you still want them? I replied yes I can wait and then when I moved to the 2nd window, she just gave me my food in no time. I took it and I left. My daughter started eating and after a while I thought I should taste them and I asked my daughter to give me one. I tasted it and it was so hard and wasn't fresh at all like they cooked it long long time ago. I called them and explained the situation but the lady over the phone was extremely rude with me. She said you opened and tasted the food already, I can't do anything now. I said how am I suppose to know that the food is not fresh without eating it but she kept arguing and then gave the phone to manager. The manager was even more rude than the other one. She said why you called after long time, why you didn't come back right away? Why this? Why that? I said why you arguing with me. He left and came back saying he didnât have the order. My app stated they did. He told me there was nothing he could do.
