Burger King — Restaurant in Frederick

I ordered chicken fries for my 3 yrs old daughter in drive thru and the lady said it's going to take 5 to 10 minutes, do you still want them? I replied yes I can wait and then when I moved to the 2nd window, she just gave me my food in no time. I took it and I left. My daughter started eating and after a while I thought I should taste them and I asked my daughter to give me one. I tasted it and it was so hard and wasn't fresh at all like they cooked it long long time ago. I called them and explained the situation but the lady over the phone was extremely rude with me. She said you opened and tasted the food already, I can't do anything now. I said how am I suppose to know that the food is not fresh without eating it but she kept arguing and then gave the phone to manager. The manager was even more rude than the other one. She said why you called after long time, why you didn't come back right away? Why this? Why that? I said why you arguing with me. All I'm saying that your employee gave me bad food and she wasn't losing the argument at no cost. Then I said what you can do, she said come back we ll give you the new ones. I said OK I'm coming back please give me fresh ones this time. I just came from your store and you guys charge me 25 for my order while I didn’t get everything I did order, it’s always the same thing with Burger King , feeling very disappointed, specially when you make me wait for 15 minute in car in the parking lot for my order so that you can take other people orders, the least you can do is to check if you got everything correct, what’s the point of you walking with my food to my car if you can even make sure that’s you are bringing what I paid for. I ordered online for pickup. Upon arrival I waited several minutes for the employee to come to the counter. He then didn’t know how to look for online orders. He left and came back saying he didn’t have the order. My app stated they did. He told me there was nothing he could do. I then went through the drive through where myself and the car in front of me waited both 10-15 minutes each for the employee to come over the microphone and say “nah-you are gonna have to wait a while” as a result no food was provided.
