ORIGINAL: I had been ordering the same drink for months: cappuccino with 1 pump of sugar free s'mores. Today we had a larger order because we had 2 other people in the car, my husband tipped them before we even got anything, I got my drink and took a sip before we left the drive through and it was definitely not sugar-free flavor. I told the gal at the window and she said it was because she pumped it herself. I know what the drink tastes like and she was very wrong. But my 5 month old son was screaming in the backseat and 5 cars were waiting behind us so despite the fact I knew she was wrong, she insisted the drink was sugar free and we had no choice but to drive away. Extremely dissatisfied because she also got tipped for making the wrong drink but she refused to make me a new one. This is but another reason I hate these...
Read moreThis general manager needs to be better trained in costumer service. I can’t believe the way she treated me because I asked her to talk quietly during my payment. She told me I could leave and almost refused to serve me because I have an ear infection and asked her to talk quietly. She proceeded to talk extremely loud when I again pleaded with her I wasn’t trying to be rude I have an ear infection and I would appreciate if she stopped talking. I nicely asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. If this is how she treats paying costumers I can’t imagine how she treats her staff members. I feel super bad for anybody who has to be around her. Very unpleasant to not only look at but to be around. Extremely sad that she treated me this way, but I mean look at her she looks very unhappy as a person. I definitely will be going back to my normal Starbucks because of this interaction. Thanks for the damage to my ear drum! Hope you can better serve your costumers...
Read moreWhat a joke not only does the heavy set girl have the owners fooled while she drives people two blocks up the street to Starbucks for less expensive coffee she says customers are out of line for pouring out water in the driveway and has very bad attitude and blames the customer you smoke in your car when you come in easy solution ask customer not to no problem and lies to the owners who have no clue as to run there own business they should sell the place with us always empty in comparison to competitors who are easy to get along with poor management and ownership will never be back and keep telling everyone I know not to go there these owners are real clowns good luck...
