Today, my wife and I embarked on a lunchtime quest, a simple desire for a satisfying sandwich. Little did we know, we were about to stumble upon a veritable oasis of culinary delight and genuine human warmth at our local Jersey Mike's! From the moment we stepped inside, the atmosphere was electric – a palpable buzz of happy energy that immediately lifted our spirits. Let's talk about the staff, shall we? Oh, the staff! They were nothing short of phenomenal. Each and every member radiated a genuine enthusiasm that was utterly infectious. It wasn't just the practiced politeness you sometimes encounter; it was a sincere, heartfelt helpfulness. They answered our questions with patience, offered recommendations with gusto, and worked together like a perfectly choreographed team. It felt like we were being welcomed into a family, not just a sandwich shop. And the food? Oh, the food! A masterpiece of freshness and flavor! You could tell the ingredients were top-notch. The meats were sliced with precision, the vegetables were crisp and vibrant, and the bread was perfectly baked – a testament to the dedication to quality. My chosen wrap, a customized creation based on their recommendations, was an explosion of taste in every bite. My wife’s sandwich was equally lauded. We both agreed that the freshness was undeniable; it was like tasting the ingredients at their peak. The speed of service was remarkable. Despite a steady stream of customers, our orders were prepared with lightning efficiency, without sacrificing an ounce of quality. It was a testament to the well-organized and clearly skilled team behind the counter. Beyond the delicious food and stellar service, the entire establishment was impeccably clean. Every surface gleamed, and the dining area was inviting and comfortable. It was clear that they take pride in maintaining a pristine environment. And let's not forget the value! For the quality and quantity of food we received, the price was incredibly reasonable. It was a truly affordable indulgence, a lunch that felt like a special treat without breaking the bank. In short, our visit to Jersey Mike's was an absolute triumph. It was more than just a quick bite; it was an experience. A delightful, happy, wonderful experience. It was a pit stop that recharged our batteries and left us with smiles on our faces. We left feeling genuinely grateful for the fantastic food and the exceptional service. We've found our new go-to lunch spot. We are already planning our next visit and recommending it to everyone we know. If you're looking for a sandwich experience that transcends the ordinary, look no further than Jersey Mike's. You won't be disappointed! Five stars, and a hearty "Thank you!" to the amazing team for...
Read moreI have never had a bad experience going into a Jersey Mike’s establishment ever! I went into this Jersey Mike and was not greeted, everyone acted as if they had an attitude, I watched how everyone who came in after me was greeted and treated with respect, kindness and excellent customer service. The guy who took my order seemed like a harsh, I don’t care-what are “you” in here for kind of attitude. I smiled at everyone and was pleasant. The kicker to this was the fact that the manager Dan was with the other workers as well! My money was sat on the counter along with my receipt, I was not asked if I wanted any condiments and my sandwich was sat on the counter (not in a bag) with mayo at the end of the wrapper. After all of that I requested for a refund- everyone looked and scrambled to hurry and get me my refund. I asked for the manager name and was told in a smart sassy way “He is right there”, when I looked over at him, I asked him for his first and last name. He said it with no compassion. I guess if the leadership acts like that, then they employ staff and encourage that kind of behavior.
Speaking with another customer about the incident and to my surprise-who has experienced the same exact treatment before, she said “I don’t like going in there because they act the same exact way to me”.
Either this Jersey Mike doesn’t like women who wear Santa hats or Christmas Sweaters or being a Black or Latina woman is a factor.
May God bless and forgive each of them for their behavior and have mercy on them in Jesus name!
I will NOT patronage at this...
Read moreThis location is the definition of dysfunctional. They asked every customer what bread and toppings they wanted and prepped every customer's bread at once (instead of just taking one customer at a time from beginning to end), made you wait again until the girl actually making the subs was ready to ask what toppings you wanted for a second time, and then had you pay after waiting again. They gave my order to two gentlemen, who came back into the store to say they received the wrong order. They unwrapped the ends of the subs to show the girl that they were not theirs. They said they didn't do anything to the sandwiches except "peek" at them to make sure they were not theirs, since the ones they received (mine) were cold and they had ordered hot ones. She rewrapped the ends and gave the sandwiches to me and asked if I had paid yet. Eh, just barely used sandwiches, right?... I was supposed to get the $5 after five deal, and she charged me for two full-priced subs, so instead of $24, she charged me $38. And, almost every time I ask for my sandwich to be cut into thirds, it gets cut in quarters anyway. Out of the last 5 subs, only 1 has been successfully cut in thirds. I used to go to Jersey Mike's several times a week in Cincinnati, and they actually listened to customers and got the orders right, no matter how busy they were...and they were always busy, it was Cincinnati. This location can't get anything right, even when they only have 2 customers. I love Jersey Mike's, but their incompetence is ruining my...
