me and my family went here for food and we order two pizzas and cinnamon sticks and when we got home to eat the food we realized that all of it was messed up so we call them back and they offer to remake it for us so we were okay so we came back the next day to get it and they told us come back the next day due to their systems being down and that’s fine i had my daughter call in to get the food remade and they lady on the phone had the worst attitude with us and lied to us multiple times she got hostile with us on the phone and started to get mad and at that point we were upset and told her exactly what we got told by their employees the day before and she said that never happened and so we asked her to check the cameras and she yet again got upset and said she didn’t have access so we asked to speak with her manager she said she didn’t have one and then hung up on us due to her...

When I ordered our Pizza online it initially said "carryout in 10 minutes" however when I chose our local Pizza Hut location that changed to 19 minutes! I thought maybe they were just busy. I waited 10 minutes then left to pick up the pizza and we are approximately 10-15 minutes away. I remember when they handed me the pizza the box was "EXCEPTIONALLY" hot on the bottom and I made mention of this and the young lady said "oh yeah be careful". We have never eaten at this location before and I saw no reason to have to open the box and inspect the food before I left the store. I got home and when we opened the box the pizza was dry, extremely overcooked to the point that the pizza was dark/burnt looking. Worst pizza we've ever had....especially from a Pizza Hut. After having repeated bad experiences at a local (Walpole locatin in Stafford) Pizza Hut I had not been in several years, but seeing all the recent commercials for the Melt made me want to give this location a try. I used their online system to place my order and drive a few mins to pick it up. The guy working the counter when I went in was very prompt, very friendly, and very helpful! He even asked if I needed sauce for my wings. He thanked me for being a customer – spot on, perfect service! Upon getting home to eat, the wings were piping hot! The hot Buffalo sauce was actually rather spicy and flavorful too! The melt was decent, but wasn’t very hot and the shell was a little too crisp/hard, but the flavors were really good. It came with marinara for dipping and that tasted great too.
