I've known about this place since over a decade ago. Its sushi rolls have been "50% off" forever. I forgot why I never bothered to eat there. Maybe I checked it out in between meals and lost confidence due to lack of customers? Whatever. This time the place was bustling. We had to get on the wait list. They texted us when our table was ready after about 20 minutes.

The menu was one big laminated double-sided sheet. One side was mostly sushi and sushi rolls, the rest were hodge-podge of Chinese, Japanese, and Thai entrées/appetizers. In hindsight, I'd just order from sushi menu, period. That's where you get the bang for your buck; and that's where the restaurant excel in my opinion.

We ordered one Chinese entrée, Spicy Tea Chicken ($14.95), since I've never heard of that dish and it got me really curious. Well, it's nothing special; just a generic stir-fried chicken with vegetable.

We order 5 other rolls. Kamikaze Roll, Hawaii Roll, Fire Dragon Roll, White Dragon Roll, and Six Flag Roll. Most of the rolls were either $8.50 or $9.50. We were pleasantly surprised that the rolls had proportionally little rice. They were all good, but the Six Flag Roll especially stood out in its presentation and extra crispiness.

Service was excellent. It's a fun place to eat and very affordably priced. We look forward to come back and check out the rest of their sushi rolls...

This was the worst experience I have had at a restaurant. My girlfriend and I ordered two sushi plates and a hand roll, and 2 sides of brown rice at 6pm. Three tables were seated after we ordered, and all received their meals before us. One table of 4 even ordered about 8 sushi rolls. After an hour, we asked nicely, and were told they were busy and they'd rush it. Another twenty minutes passed so we asked again. After 10 minutes, we received the hand roll and a plate, and the wrong roll I ordered. He took the whole thing and came back with mine missing, and told me to he would rush it. After waiting 20 minutes, my sushi finally came. Throughout these issues, I asked for a manager 3 times before one finally came. I told her the issues, and after arguing with me about how it was just "busy," she told me, "Well what do you want me to do?" I said, and the neighboring table joined in, saying we deserve compensation. She offered a dessert, where I said no, and said I'll at most pay for half of this. She said she would bring two more rolls. I said no, I'll pay half. Finally, she rolled her eyes and said fine. Took 15 minutes to get the check. Food was completely average. Save your time and money, and do not eat here. There are plenty of other sushi options for just a little...

Came here for a date night with my boyfriend after a local on the street stated it was one of her favorite locations to eat that is off of the main Street. The place is very casual and a standard sushi restaurant serving a wide variety of rolls. It is a fusion restaurant so you can also order other foods that are not sushi. My review is strictly for the sushi. I personally feel this place has your favorite roll and they make it how you would expect it to taste. I had the chicken tempura roll and sweet potato roll, and they were both tasty and no surprises. I like that I asked for spicy mayo and she brought out a nice big side dish to dunk my sushi in, I really appreciated that some places are so stingy with the spicy mayo. My boyfriend had yellow tail rolls and tuna rolls and really liked the pieces of tuna you get. Would definitely come back here for sushi in the future new favorite for my area. They also do 50% off sushi rolls every day which can't be beat hands down great meal for a great price. Service was fast and...

We were in awe how busy it was in downtown Freehold on a Friday night! We had plans to meet at a different restaurant, but they didn't take reservations - Thankfully Fusha has an upcoming open table for our large birthday celebrating group. With the liquor store on the corner, our group had ample beverages and we ordered away - highly recommend the beef nagamaki, California Rolls, edamame, and spring rolls . Waitress was sweet and brought out extra edamame, while we were waiting for our excellent hibachi meals. It was quite noisy, but simply because of the amount of people and the sounds of the knives on the hibachi grills. Food is great - value is exceptional and call tell this will be a new favorite!
