I buy my Royal English breakfast from Starbucks every morning and was excited to go to this one since it’s the closest to my house but it was a very unfortunate experience. I like to just put one teabag in myself and save the other for later because it’s too strong, plus I time to shake the teabag to make sure there’s no residue before putting it in. They told me the can’t give to me unopened and they have to put both in “per Starbucks corporate policy”. I told them there’s no such thing and I even frequent the original Starbucks in Seattle and many Sbux in the nation and this is a first. They insisted on their grounds so I left and went to Howell Starbucks who didn’t give me any issues. I then called corporate and they said there is no such rule and that they’d be auditing this Starbucks. I’m just hoping it’s new employees not knowing anything but sadly even the manager was there who did not have good customer service. I will not be returning here. Unfortunate since it’s 2 minutes...

Hassle to make a decaf pour over so ask for a decaf americano Im not sure why I would be handed a iced one then get a dirty look about asking them to make it correctly (as in hot). I ask for add ins that I pay for in my drinks atleast you can do is make it correctly especially with the prices customers pay , I've worked in the company it's pretty simple to add syrups. Kindness is free , and I tip to be treated unfairly.... I have escalated concerns...
