This little place has the potential to be great for everyone, except....What they don't tell you is that this is not a "coffee shop" it is a see how many different ways we can use frozen yogurt shop. Want a coffee Frappuccino? Frozen yogurt filled. Want a "Healthy smoothie"? Let's see how much frozen sugar-filled, deadly dairy we can put in there. Which, that's great if it's what you want. The problems I have are, they don't post nor do they tell ppl that they use dairy in everything. Dude, people are highly allergic to dairy to the point of dying. That's why it's supposed to be posted. The other problem I have is how resistant you are to hearing the above. This dude, who acts like he's the owner (who knows) became so hateful and rude when I asked him about his sugar-filled, deadly yogurt being used in everything (no I didn't say that, I was just thinking it) that I gave up trying to get him to do what he should. Didn't tell him I was a RN that worked for the health dept. People that don't want to learn and are unteachable think they know everything. Dude. Don't have to believe me. Watch the documentry Forks Over Knives. It's a medical study that proves the Dairy council is lying to us. And EVERYBODY knows how bad sugar is. So for those of us that choose not to consume dairy or those that are allergic, please, I beg you post that dairy is used in nearly all products. Including a Frappuccino coffee?? Who ever heard of such a thing? I just don't want to see anyone else go through what my husband went through with his dairy allergies. He's too nice. Paid you for the Frappuccino then had to throw it away. ...
Read moreMy husband and I stopped into this business while visiting to hop on a quick work call. Upon arrival, I asked the manager for the WiFi password. He very rudely told me I needed to purchase something. I pointed and started to explain that I was just waiting to see what my husband wanted first before ordering, he was on the phone. He interrupted me mid sentence and told me the password. My husband noticed I was shocked by the negative customer service interaction. We decided to go elsewhere and got up to leave, not even being inside for 5 minutes. While leaving, the manager loudly shouted “and don’t come back!” Not only do we love to support small businesses, we seek them out versus chain coffee shops. Often in our travels, we stop for a coffee or snack and get some work done. WiFi is not something that costs a business more when people use it. They are paying for it whether or not it’s available to the public. As a business owner, I would welcome people visiting my shop! Truly shocking to be treated so poorly with such unnecessary, unprofessional, nasty customer service. There were 2 people inside, but no other patrons and it’s not a wonder why! HIGHLY discourage visiting this...
Read moreWent there to get some fro-yo with my 3 small children (2,6,9). After paying for our frozen yogurt and eating it my two older boys decided they wanted to try one of the small juice filled beads to see what they taste like. They each grabbed one which is about the size of an M&M to try. I told them that we did not pay for that so they should not get any more toppings from the bar. As we were getting ready to leave they were standing in front of the toppings just looking at them and the man working assumed that they were continuing to eat toppings without paying. I had already planned to give the man a dollar for the two small juice filled beads that they ate just out of principle but he started to yell at my nine-year-old son about what he had done, my son was smiling at him because he didn’t completely understand what he had done wrong. Because my son was smiling he said he obviously was not remorseful for what he had done. I did not say a word. He said we were making him very angry so we needed to leave immediately. I was honestly shocked and I will not be visiting this...
