I downloaded the app so I could get my order correct....both times it has been a crap show...the first time I ordered a dish sandwich meal....I got 4 chicken nuggets,small french fries and apple pie....the second time I ordered and paid for,a double dish sandwich with extra tartar sauce....I got a small dish sandwich with no tartar sauce.. when I got home and realized this I called ....he told me to come back....I went back with the small dish sandwich and he gave me my double without extra tartar sauce.....I asked to talk to a manager and he told me that was him.....he said they are short handed between 3 and 5 waiting on school kids....he kept saying sorry....I asked him that 8 out of 10 of my orders were completely wrong....again he said sorry....I asked him if that was all he has to say ...he said yes....how do they continue to get away with this ...I eat there maybe twice a year when I get a craving and am severely disappointed....I don't know why I expected my experience to be...
Read moreI typically refrain from posting negative reviews because there is enough of that in the world as is. However, this evening marks the second time in a row the service has been less than substandard at this location. After an easy order (big Mac meal, and 2 cheeseburger meal both with coke.) We waited nearly 20 minutes in the drive thru, were asked to moved to another window. That's all fine I understand dinner rushes (I'm a bartender). But then another 8 or so minutes they finally brought the food handed through the window with no words just a bag pushed at me like I was an inconvenience. Then when I checked the bags the order was not even complete. I waited for several more minutes but they never acknowledged that I was still there and finally my wife said just leave its not worth the effort. I agreed but I was so disappointed once again. Read moreWell... seeing nose piercings in their faces didn't help my expectations. But eating the food we ordered on the App, telling us you "canceled" the food, and saying "refund will be 24 to 48 hrs" well....48 hours later, it's no longer pending...they charged us 32 dollars for absolutely nothing. The worker said "She (manager), said there is nothing we can do" Never got mad....took them at their word....left hungry and mad that they stole 32 bucks from us and our daughters. Until I woke up today (48 hrs later) to see they DID in fact charge us 32 bucks and I'm just glad we kept the receipt from the food they ate, THAT WE ORDERED. Hope that manager can get on a diet for her(it/theys) health. Or maybe hire managers that know how to run a business. NOBODY in line btw. I have a feeling they ran people off all night.
