Arby's — Restaurant in Fremont

EPIC FAIL!!!!!!!!!.........at this partuicular arbys the drive thru system doesnt work properly,and it hasnt for some time.for some reason the store manager dave hill fails to get this fixed,theyre excuse is that large trucks dont trigger the alert,so you end up sitting there,waiting to place your order.after having to wait again(remember its been broken for quite some time)i pulled up to the window and heard the same excuse"our drive thru doesnt recognize large trucks"to which i asked why dont they fix it?i was met by a very rude employee named craig,i told him it had been broken for several months and he argued that it hadnt(like he remembers my last disapointing trip there),he also refused to give me the owners name,he told me the store manager doesnt come in,and also that this is a corporate store.well.....the store manager does come in(apparently)and its not a corporate store.craig exercised poor manners and was rude,and was reluctant to give any information.i am appalled that anyone would have someone like this working in any kind of management role........oh and to top it off they got my order wrong,i sat in the drive thru window for about 10 minutes.all i can say is shame...

They where kinda busy when I went after work but was not very happy and very upset when I left. My husband asked for crispy crickle cut from and the lady acted like we where bugging her and told us she couldn't do it and sorry. He was upset at her and paid for the food stood there a few mins and told me to get the food, I stood there for 15 mins then realized that the people behind me where getting there orders so I waited. The guy on the line was calling out orders so I could hear everyone and he had sat two bags on the other side of the counter but never called a name so I wasn't sure. So I stood there waiting. Finally I went up and looked in the bags after about 10mins and noticed they where mine. The lady that ran us up said sorry for the wait and I asked for Arby's sauce and horse sauce and said if the guy had called the name there wouldn't have been a wait. She was nice and I told her to have a good day. Tip for anyone going in. Don't ask for anything because not the cashier but the people making and pulling food where very rude and acted like it was a problem. As for the cashier she...

We were there to celebrate a friend's birthday and this is the perfect spot in Fremont for a ladies lunch! There is a separate bar area from the eating area - and there were only a few tables on the weekday lunch we were there. The hardwood floor and upscale décor make for a nice option in Fremont. Staff immediately greeted us and service was very good. We were able to chat and visit without feeling as if the staff was hovering and needing to "turn the table." The menu is not huge, but certainly gives a good variety of salads, sandwiches, and lighter lunch food, plus specials and a full bar menu. Wine list was fairly short - but ok. Our group all had salad and everyone was happy with their food. The salmon salad with asparagus and a cilantro/lime dressing was great.
