Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Fremont

This was the worst experience I have ever had taking my family out to eat! Absolutely no one should waste your time or hard earned money here after tonight. To start of with my family and I sat down for a half hour before we were even offered drinks we asked the waiter walking around several times for service and we were blatantly ignored he made eye contact after being spoken to then walked away . after watching him serve 3 other tables drinks i finally had to leave our table to talk to another waitress about even starting our drink orders which she was almost not willing to do because we were not our table. We order our food and after waiting about 20 min which food for 4 people I find to be reasonable. All of my tables food was cold not luke warm cold and one person in our party had to wait an additional 10 minutes just to receive her food wrong she is lactose intolerant and would prefer not to eat cheese she however did not want to wait any longer and chose to eat it anyway. I talked to the manager finally after speaking to our waitress asking for him for over 15 minutes to ask if we could receive fresh food . at this point my party was highly irritable and hungry. Seth the "manager" finally returned to bring our redone motz sticks and to tell me it would be about 4 or 5 more minutes for my wings. I set a timer I waited an additional 15 min and then had to chase down our waitress to ask not only gor a refill on my partys drinks the first of witch in over 45 minutes. At this point they brought my party the wrong amount and wrong type of wings. After speaking to seth he told me I could go the corporate route but there would he no point because we would just have this same conversation again. After telling me that he disagreed with how the evening went in had to ask several people for to go boxes and a bill! At no point in time during our visit did the 2 wait staff have more than a 4 table maximum between the two of them this was totally unacceptable. Never ever again will I send anyone here or step foot in this restaurant again . rude staff, bad food, and no accountability from management they should just shut...

I hate to complain, I really do. I know that BWW isn't necessarily what I would consider "great", but I'd categorize them as "edible". This one is, by far, the worst I've ever been to. We joined a large table, right as the server was taking the order, and ordered simply a cheeseburger with grilled onions, and no mayo or mustard. My significant other ordered the same thing, but with mustard and mayo on it. Before the food even came out, we had 3 separate servers bring food to our table that belonged to nobody, showing that there's little to no organization. When we did receive our food, both burgers were missing the grilled onions, and my significant other had no mayo or mustard on hers. Our server, who was very nice I'd like to point out, brought us packets of mayo and mustard, and grilled onions in a small cup for us to put on ourselves, which eliminates the entire purpose of having a server. The food was fine, I'm not going to complain about that. But the service is atrocious, and there's no organization. Also, the general manager was standing up front watching basketball while all this was happening. I never once saw him go to a table and ask how guests experiences were. He simply ignored them. Service was slow. Drink order came quickly and then the waitress ignored us for about 20 minutes. She had to walk within 6 inches of our table multiple times, but would not make eye contact or stop to take an order. Looking around the restaurant we were not the only ones discontent with the long delay. There was another extended wait for food to get to the table. One appetizer and two orders of wings, nothing fancy. We were ignored the entire time we waited.A quick stop to say she’d check on the order or acknowledge that this wasn’t normal would have been appreciated and appropriate.

The food was good and exactly what I would expect from BWWs, except for on thing. One of the wings had a nickel size area with 3/8 inch long feathers still attached. Not very appetizing. After we paid I tried to get the waitresses attention just to point it out, but was ignored again. When I brought it to the bartender he did offer to get the manager, and hopefully he followed through to help their quality control.

As we left the two girls at the hostesss station managed to look up from their phones long enough to say good evening.

I had heard the service was poor here, but came for the wings anyway. Won’t be making that mistake again...
