I rarely right any reviews that are negative but I was flabbergasted by the service (or lack there of) I received on Saturday May 4, 2024 around 2pm. I figured I’d grab a quick drink and be on my way- not the case. When I arrived, I was the 10th person inside the store. It became clear that everyone inside was waiting for their orders (all drinks). There were 3 employees behind the counter who seemed busy trying to work together. Somewhere around 10 minutes waiting, it also became clear that the employees were diligently working together to service the drive through in a timely manner. After 20 minutes, I finally decided to ask if my order was anywhere near ready and the response I received was, “we are about to start working on it after we pour shots.” I told them how ridiculous the service was and walked out. (Having paid and receiving no order.) I went next door to the grocery store and received my order there in under 5 minutes. I will be hard pressed to walk inside this Starbucks store to try and order anything before using the grocery store’s counter. I have no other words for this kind...
Read moreIf you are a person of color and not familiar with Nebraska and in particular, Fremont, keep driving through this racist town. I stayed in this city for a 2 week period for business, and while there, went to this Starbucks on 2 separate occasions. Both times that I went, I sat at the counter and waited for someone to acknowledge me. One of the barista's even had the nerve to ask me (after already being there over 10 minutes), "Are you needing to order something ?" The absurdity of her questioning made me see how irrelevant my person was even placing the order to begin with. Like what other reason would I be standing in line-- behind your counter waiting to be acknowledged ma'am? It's a microaggressive technique used to let others that look like myself know that our business is not welcomed. Meanwhile, other whites entered the establishment and received the acknowledgement as respected patrons. I find it hard to believe that people are still this way. The human capital of this store lacks empathy and social tolerance for cultural differences. God bless the ones that are responsible for this horrible...
Read moreI am a Starbucks Gold member. Have been for years. I have Starbucks every day at home and its safe to say that I am obsessed. BUT THIS LOCATION IS THE WORST. They are never open. Inconsistent hours and no warning. They will be open today and then tomorrow they will be closed. The google hours do not match the store hours at all. I have to now call before I go, just to verify they are open. (Which this call gets forwarded to some guys cell phone.) The issue of not being open consistently affects my Gold member status. BOGO days can only be redeemed on those days. Free birthday drink can only be redeemed on that day. If they are closed, no free drinks. Next issue, is they ARE ALWAYS OUT OF STOCK. I have never gone when they are totally stocked on everything. Its probably because all of their product expires when they are closed all the time. And I know its not supply chain and shipping related because I have spoken to starbucks corporate over the phone and omaha stores. No one else has the issues that this Fremont store does. Go to Omaha or they Hyvee Starbucks. Stay away from this location. Its a waste...
