I'm an Uber driver who just picked up an order at your store I am not exactly sure who the gentleman in the window was he was not securing the bags with stickers which is not proper procedure during the covitt epidemic and he should be retrained on what he is doing and when I asked him to put a sticker on the bag he pulled the had bags back inside put stickers on them but did not close them just put stickers on the bags then I asked him if he could secure them and close the bags and he said O my God and took the bags back in and stuck another sticker on the other side of the bag that was in properly sealed the time was probably 810 maybe a little bit before I'm very disappointed in the training of your employees I work at McDonald's myself and give it my all and utmost to make short that My customers foods are handled with care and properly sealed so as not to have any contaminants I hope that you will follow through with an investigation on this matter and take proper precautions on...

I paid for it ahead of time using the app. After arriving at the drive thru I waited at the speaker box for a few minutes and wasn't getting anyone so I decided to pull up to the window. I saw a gentleman preparing something in the kitchen so I tried to get his attention by knocking on the window (after waiting there too) and when he glanced at me we made eye contact and he proceeded to hide. I waited a few more minutes and I realized I was not getting the food I ordered and paid for so I left. I was the only customer there too so it's not like they were busy. They always get my order wrong and I'm never given a receipt, kind of fishy if you ask me. I went last night (12/2/18) at around 8:35pm I was in line, only 1 car away from the speaker. I got to put my order in at 8:45pm and I didn't get up to the window until 8:58pm, at which point I asked why my munchie meal was $8 and not $6. To which the guy said because it wasn't 9pm yet. I asked if he could kindly make an exception because it was a 2 minute difference and he said no because I had ordered before 9. At that point I said nevermind, I had already been waiting for a while for 'fast food' and wasn't even given a small courtesy, that was the epitomy of it. I just went to the other Jack in the Box that's only about a half a mile from this one. I recommend that everyone else do the same for better quality...
