Worst location I’ve been to. Placed an Online pickup order and swung by 30 minutes later and still wasn’t ready. There was a line of people waiting and cars in the drive thru with only two people working. I watched the lady get on her phone to take a call with her gloves on while she was assembling food and then ran out back to get a Taco Bell pickup order. She was also touching her clothes and her face with the gloves on while making the sandwiches. I would’ve walked right out if it wasn’t an online order. I watched her make my sandwich and I honestly couldn’t eat it, the bacon was cold and slimy and the rest of the sandwich was warm like it had been toasted, but it smelled rancid so I had to toss it. I always get that order so I know what it should normally look like or smell like. I understand if you’re short staffed and don’t mind waiting a little bit. However if the employees do not appear clean and they aren’t following proper cleanliness protocols I have an issue. Stopped in for a sub tonight and the attendant came on the speaker and said if you want french bread there's a 20-minute wait. So, their signature bread is unavailable at 7:30 at night. I thought to myself it must have been an unexpectedly busy day.

We absolutely love this jimmy johns. But what's odd is the sandwiches are just the half of it. Macy (the manager) is the best! She laughs with my wife and I at the drive thru and takes great care of us every time! I love the fact that she's remembered us by name, it makes us feels so cared about by her which is something you won't see or get just anywhere. Not only is the food always spot on but we also go get to see our really good friend.
