Came here because friends were talking about how good it is and the Tandoori chicken pizza caught my attention. Came here on a Wednesday afternoon and parking is kind of hard to find. It is kinda hard to find as it is in the back of this small shopping center. last restaurant in the back to the left.
Walked in here and it's a really nice decor. The smell hits you in the face right away!
The menu is vast so you will need a bit to survey the menu in order to get a good idea of what you would like. Now we were kind of hungry so we kind of overdid it and ordered the five piece chicken, black pepper steak sandwich, spicy ranch fries, garlic bread with cheese, coleslaw and tandoori chicken pizza with beef seekh kabob added on.
Now I tried many many places so I expect the best when multiple people race about a restaurant.
Fried chicken- It was their special blend so I wanted to try it. It was just decent. It wasn't mind blowing or a must get and honestly you can get any other fried chicken that tastes just like this. Not worth it. The batter was just okay even though the chicken was goo.
Black pepper sandwich- It is basically like a Philly cheese steak and it was actually really good but then again it was like any other Philly cheese steak that you can get.
The sides- The regular fries was a tad bit spicier than normal fries but it was decent. The garlic bread with cheese was alright also, not amazing. Coleslaw was forgettable. The surprising touch was the genius idea of putting buffalo wing sauce with ranch on fries. Now that was actually amazing. The spiciness was really complimented with the creamy ranch.
Now for the main reason why I came here. The tandoori chicken pizza!!!!! I added beef seekh kebab here but they didn't really charge like a regular topping but had to charge me a full kebab to put it on there so heads up for anyone wanting to try that. The pizza is topped with green bell pepper, onions, tandoori chicken with marsala sauce. It is simply amazing and turned out to be worth it after the decent dishes!!!! I'd recommend trying this chicken pizza even if it's the only thing you end...
Read moreHappened to be with friends for a quick dinner bite in the month of Ramadan. Ample parking spots which makes it a breeze to find one , park and make yourselves comfortable in the cozy cafe with a good ambience.
Right around the time of iftaar, the cafe served a small serving of dates , a small quantity of a dish made with chickpea and onions just enough to break your fast and getting started to devour their amazing meals :) .
We ordered Gobi buffalo wings and Madrasa fries to start with along with some Aloo tikki as well. Done to perfection and amazing flavors written all over these in every bite that we had. Definitely recommend these for starters.
For our main course if you will , we ordered a vegetarian calzone , palak paneer and a chicken tikka masala (where the panner and chicken were served with rice and naan IIRC). Amazing taste and all of these tasted great. Even though the place was busy the wait time wasn't nearly as bad as it could have been and the hosts had amazing hospitality.
The did run out of their dessert options though that probably is an opportunity to make up for when we visit them next time over :) .
PS: Got so busy eating that i was not able to take all the pictures and could salvage a few that...
Read moreThis was our first time at this restaurant. We came all the way from Los Angeles for some work trip and i found this place. The ambience was amazing. I have never been a restaurant with so much down to earth team members. We ordered Lahori and Punjabi burger along with cheese pizza. They were extremely fresh, juicy, and filling. The tea was so delicious reminded me of Karachis Kolachi tea. The owner and all the staff are down to earth. Lastly, my car broke down as I ran into key not coming to ignition. I ran into the restaurant as my heart started to think so much things that would have happened had my car not started. I was with my mom sister and nephews. Fortunately the owner himself came out assisted me in diagnosing the issue. I am so thankful that after numerous diagnosis he suggested to jump. We did that and my car started. I'm back into my hotel and happy that I'll be Ble to drive home safe. In west world where everyone is for their self interest. This owner and restaurant changed my perspective that amazing people like him still exist in this world and make this place a sense of belonging. I appreciate and I recommend everyone to come and enjoy the great restaurant with taste and ambience....
