I wish I was writing this review in a positive light and I am also saddened that I will have to switch locations especially since they are out the direction of my house. I loooovvveeeee mountain mikes pizza. Once I moved to Fremont I was so excited one was so close to my house so I made it my home base. I used to order here more frequently to the point they already knew me and my bf by name lol. I always order pickup and I always receive the best greeting and most of the time I am offered great coupon deals if I don't have one already. Staff are always pleasant, helpful, and professional. The food is always great and I am offered cheese, plates and more. I really miss the old team. Last night my experience was horrible i ordered pickup and the staff over the phone was ok but I think he can use some improvement. He should know prices on meal deals and the menu. I always get the meal deal (pizza, soda, mozzarella sticks and I'll add dessert) because I get more bang for my buck. The staff wasn't sure of any meal deals or any pricing on pizzas and offered 20% off two large pizzas and 10% off one medium pizza. Once I arrived i stood in line to wait to pay. When I was ready to pay I guess there wasn't a option to give me 10% anymore and told me I had to order another pizza to get 10% or I can join the vip and get 20%. I said ok Let's do it I'll join vip and get 20% off tonight and he said no it doesn't work like that. At that moment I was frustrated and told him I come here a lot and I've never received this kind of service and he laughed and said ohhhhh you come here a lot ok. Once I got home and seen my food it was not up to par at all and didn't at all match the quality of mountain mikes at all. My pizza was ok in taste but not like I'm used to it tasting and not at all the amount of pepperoni we always receive which we were didn't mind but it would have been nice for the pizza to actually taste good. I got mozzarella sticks as well and they were not good at all the whole stick looked uncooked and only burnt on one side like they were put on a grill and not fully cooked, The cheese inside was rubbery and a little rough. I was thrown off by the shape and color but once I took a bite was when I was uninterested. My churros were uncooked and super doughy on the inside and also cold.
