Pizza Guys — Restaurant in Fremont

I've frequented this place quite often the past year and I've always bought 2 pizzas and some wings from them. I like their pizza and it's near my house. So anyways, they have a "promo" that if you picked up your own order they'd give you a drink or an ice cream. So I bought a pizza for a little under $20, and I guess the promo is if you spend over $20, the promo applies. So I decided to give them a 15% tip to push it over $20 as I did not feel the need for more food but would have liked a drink anyways. So I go in, the girl starts telling me I can select a drink and then one of the guys stops her and says that I HAVE to pay $20 before I can get a drink. I look at both of them, thinking... wait... I paid over $24 isn't that past $20? I could have bought something else, instead I chose to give you guys a tip... so the one time I dont spend close to $50, this happens. So rather than argue, I walked out thinking, welp, you just lost a repeat customer. I guess I'll go to the other pizza joint down the road. Or would you prefer not getting tipped...

Pizza was great but very disappointed when my online order Didn’t come with the cheese garlic bread. We decided to give this company a try as they are local when the order turned up minus the cheese garlic bread we asked the delivery guy and he couldn’t say why so upon calling the store they said we should have ordered by phone not online yet the discount offer says order online and that any order over $20 includes the cheese garlic bread. The store said next time order by phone it says nothing about ordering by phone to get the bonus bread.

They said next time we order do it by phone and say we are owed the cheese garlic bread.

I wanted it this order I’m not sure if I’ll ever order again from them yet.

Yes there pizzas are dam great but if they don’t honor there companies mail out flyers and don’t know of the companies offers then they need to study up on it more.

So yes use this company just make sure you phone In Orders and make sure that you tell them you want the bonus stuff they are...

Food always take longer to get then the promise time and I always place order online for in store pick up. If you plan to place an order place it 15 minutes earlier before you want to pick up your pizza, or you'll end up waiting additional 10-15 minutes. I was told to get a free 2 liter with the pizza since the order was over $25 and I asked "can I get ice cream instead" but was refused and was told "you can only the get a 2 litter soda" . Even on the side of the pizza box it states "free 2 litter soda, or ice cream" . Other pizza guys store will honor the free 2 litter, or free ice cream promotions, but this store will pick and choose which one they'll want to...
