Ordered a supreme burrito, no sour cream. No tomato no onions add rice . Got beans and rice.......saw an employee outside told him what was wrong ,he barely listened, told me to keep the wrong and he would make it right . Different employee came out to give me the bag and said ( kinda rudely) that it was ordered without tomatoes and onions , I said I did not want tomatoes and onions or sour cream I just wanted rice added to the meat beans and cheese. She got flustered kinda snatched all the bags and threw them all away. I would of ate the bag he gave me earlier it was just not what I wanted , wish I had it because once she brought out another bag it was correct ,kinda? I think it had all the items but maybe the smallest portions I've ever seen . Two of those burritos usually fill me up at other stores . Not so much with these , i don't think they were two fingers wide. I know they used to be considered half pound and without vegetables of course they will be smaller but wow, I do get them quite often used to be called a combo burrito before they changed the menu . They were short on people , said someone quit that morning , they have the sign that they are doing the best they can and don't be mean to the employees . And I'd I think I can do better they are hiring. Well I was not mean. But I really don't think that is the best they can do . As for hiring ? I did like 3 years at taco bell back in the 90' s , it was fast passed and we constantly were understaffed , I remember a lunch with 3 of us in the store , still wake up screaming from that one but therapy helps ( joke) . So I'll pass on the getting a job there , I've done my time , did well and moved on . So for me there is only one taco bell in fremont now. It's out by Walmart I'll see you there and check back...
Read moreWhether eating or delivering, I love this establishment.
If the bell beacons me when I am out of town, my stomach grabs me by the neck of my t-shirt, slaps me in the face, and says, "Get a hold of yourself man, this is not the time or place to order Taco Bell. You must be patient and wait".
I then proceed to order and in due time regret not listening to my stomach; which leads to other parts of my body being even more disappointed in me later on.
The food is not my favorite part of this establishment though.
This Taco Bell is one of my favorite places to receive orders from. I always feel welcomed and respected when I find myself inside of the restaurant. Not only that, but a, "Have a good day", and a smile almost always follows me out the door.
If you have a craving for Taco Bell, I highly recommend fulfilling your craving on West State Street in Fremont, Ohio.
If you are an out-of-towner or just passing through, I highly recommend this Taco Bell; quick and tasty with a...
Read moreI dont know what to think about any bad reviews here. My family has been coming here at least once a week for over 10 years, and I have never had a bad experience. I can only think of a few times the order was wrong, and we just went in and fixed it,, no problem. And my wife gets some crazy special orders.. hold this extra that, substitute this etc...and the speed of the order is amazing. Most of the time the order is ready as soon as we get to the window. This is by far the fastest service of any fast food joint in my area. And its like that time and time again for us, even with the labor problems of today. Absolutely nothing to complain about here, great...
