Taco Bell — Restaurant in Fremont

Bad experience with worst staff (tortoise).

I ordered 3 items and been waiting for 30 minutes but I never received my order. And they said they are short with the staff. I can see four people working there. 1 among them was just laughing by seeing the crowd when we are requesting for food. He is an Taco Bell employee and just relaxing on table by saying that he is on break and smiling without least concern about food being late. It’s not just only for me everyone were waited fir 20+ min to see the response on their order.

And their is a lady who don’t know how to operate the system. She is always checking out for the help, how can they make her to be at front desk when she don’t have any idea and making her tense at desk.

It’s not about their fault, it’s about the management and hiring team by taking such employees into work who are least bothered about customers.

I don’t have rating to give for food because I did not receive my food even after 30 min. I requested them to cancel my order and refund. Worst part is without any apology or asking for few minutes they cancelled my order by taking someone help how to refund and finally refunded by taking extra 5 min. Totally 40 minutes almost came out without food and cancelled...

This is my personal experience with this location. The service quality is consistently low, whether it be through doordash or showing up to the drive-thru they always manage to mix up my items. for instance, specifically when I order a mountain dew Baja blast about half the time (not a exaggeration) they give me one of those freezes which I'm not a fan of. The other issue i have is the quality of the food. When ordering soft tacos the tortillas a little too often are stale around the edges. I've had this happen with all the different tacos I order here, stale shells. The other issue is items just missing. The issues have been soo consistent that I have given up eating at this location. The hassle just isn't worth it to me. Thats my experience, personally the location seems poorly ran. Also I did walk in to order one night and they never acknowledged that I was a waiting customer, it was pretty irritating. The vibe was that they were going to ignore you until you used the kiosk to order, the customer service was terrible, I was not the only customer that walked out that night. That was the last time I ever walked in to...

We did a mobile order. When we got to the restaurant, not once did they ask if we needed to order or if the order for mobile up was ours or to tell us someone would be withus even after looking at use several times. Clearly, they were training someone new who was totally inexperienced, and there was no sense of urgency at all. After 10 minutes of waiting in the restaurant, I asked if they had started our order and if not to cancel it since we were going to be late now. As the one person who did acknowledge us explained they couldn't cancel our order, the other two suddenly jumped into action, and I was told it would take 10 minutes to finish our order. When we got our order and left, our order was wrong. I have no idea what burritos they actually made. We were supposed to pick up someone on our way to our show but had to alter plans and ask the other person to drive themselves so we wouldn't be late. I'm not going back to this Taco Bell ever.
