Buscemi's Pizza — Restaurant in Frenchtown Charter Township

If I could give LESS THAN 1 star I would! We ordered a large Hawaiian pizza at 4:54 and after 66 minutes and a phone call later, it was delivered. The driver had to call us to find us because they sent him to the wrong beach. We live on Lakeshore and we all know how many “Lakeshore”’s there are around us. I made sure to tell them which Beach and he said he would be sure to tell the driver; which they never did. Of course the pizza was cold, so when I called to complain, I was put on with the most condescending and rude manager I’ve ever had to deal with. She wouldn’t listen to my whole story and kept wanting to treat me like a 5 year old. My brother owns a pizza store in Toledo and if one of his managers talked to a customer like that, they would be fired. Bottom line is that they couldn’t refund the whole order. I could not get the delivery fee back of $3.50!!!! I tipped the driver $4.00, but after dealing with this woman.....I asked for it back, too. ...”Sorry driver...I really feel bad that your company sucks so badly that they would charge me for you to come out and then not even let you keep anything. Greedy!!” I was going to ask for a refund of the pizza only; and not the tip, too. The pizza was OK, but I will just go get something from the grocery store next time. So much for trying a...

Your boy here is lactose intolerant. This becomes important later in the story. There are two things I absolutely LOVE, but only when they're exceptionally good. Ice cream and pizza. Today we will be discussing the latter.

First and foremost, Buscemi's has become a (justifiably) reputable pizza joint in Monroe. Their reputation for a delicious and quality product is what drove me to try their wares. The crust has just the right amount of 'bite' and 'chew' without being overly crispy or doughy. The cheese stretches, but no so much as to be obnoxious, and there is just enough grease to remind you that you are, in fact, not eating a health food. The toppings are noticeably fresh and as delicious as the rest of their pizza.

Now, as a lactose-intolerant individual, I know that every dairy product is a roll of the dice. Most of the time I ere on the side of caution and stick with a non-dairy option. Why take unnecessary risks? Well, in this particular instance I decided that the juice was worth the squeeze. I was not disappointed. So, even though I'm now only one sturdy cough away from a thermo-rectal explosion, I can say that it was totally #WorthIt. Keep up the good...

i thought this place was Definitely the best pizza i’ve had in monroe so far but from what just happened yesterday i don’t think i’ll ever come back. First off the place is ran by kids that take nothing seriously at all and don’t know how to talk to people. i somehow accidentally ordered the same order twice on their website because of some glitch so i had to refresh the page but it ended up placing the same order twice and paying for it with my card, they cancelled the extra one but said they couldn’t refund me that day because their boss isn’t there and won’t be until the next day. Never had a place do that ever and i still haven’t had my refund at all or a call. go somewhere else for your pizza not worth the hassle. you might even get unlucky and get the super floppy too much grease type pizza but most of the time it’s good but not very consistent i’d say they don’t...
