St. Joseph Cemetery — Local services in Monroe

my mother has been crafting headstone silk flower arrangements for our loved ones for years and recent changes to their policies - which they DO NOT communicate to families - has resulted in the cemetery throwing away 6 arrangements my mother has made. In addition to costing time and money to create, some of the arrangements were made with items of sentimental value that the grounds people have discarded with no warning and with complete disregard of the families of those buried here. It is disrespectful to both the families who have trusted the cemetery and those buried here that their loved ones are not able to mourn and care for the plots they paid for according to their wishes. If I could give this place zero stars I most definitely would. Rachel is VERY unprofessional, and has made a major mistake, and has lied to my family saying legally there is nothing wrong with what she did. My aunt and grandfather bought plots together, and Rachel allowed my grandfather to sell one, and we were unaware until the person was buried there. Legal action will be made. Rachel has been extremely rude to my mother and has caused a lot of emotional stress to our family!!! My mother and grandfather are co-owners of plots there and my aunt is buried there already. My grandfather sold a plot and the cemetery allowed it without the approval of my mother who is co owner as well as not being informed by any means when her name is in the files and notes.
