Frenchtown Place — Local services in Frenchtown Charter Township

I have lived at Frenchtown Place for the last two years. New owners now. New windows in all the units, and new heating and cooling system in all the apartments. Most of the apartments are quite small. The exception is the two bedroom units with a extra storage room almost as big as bedroom. Utilities are included with the rent. That is why the rent a little high. Half the apartment's are Hud. Based on income. Maintaince very good. Bus service comes to front door. I recommend this place to live. Senior living. A person has to be 62 or more...

Frenchtown is a great place! The property manager Elizabeth does a great job and goes above and beyond for the residents and visitors with great care and professionalism and has created an environment that is comfortable and homelike.
