Dunkin' — Restaurant in Frenchtown Charter Township

Went to Dunkin a few days ago. Went through the drive thru. Got my Chai Latte as usual. It was ok. Not enough spice taste. I wanted a lemon filled donut but they said they didn't have any. So I asked if had raspberry or strawberry filled. He said yes to the strawberry so I got that. I was with my niece and she wanted a Matcha. Dunkin is right next to Tim Hortons so we went there. She went inside. I looked in the Dunkin bag and didn't see a strawberry filled donut. Instead it was a pink iced donut. Not what I asked for and didn't want it. I called my niece, she was still inside Tim's. I asked what they had and settled on the apple fritter. It was so good. A day or so later we went to Tim's and I got their Chai Latte. Again, not enough spice flavor for me. We got that figured out when we went another day to Tim's. But as for Dunkin, they suck. At least the one in Monroe on Telegraph. Overall, we will not be visiting this Dunkin ever again. The one in Flat Rock always has lemon filled donuts. Not sure why but I'm glad there's a place I can get my lemon filled. But to get what I ordered so completely wrong, there's no coming back from that. And the guy that took our order seemed to have a problem with us, two women. Whoever owns this franchise sure doesn't know how to run such a public facing business. The times we were at Tim's this past week (they are directly adjacent to Dunkin) there was no one at Dunkin. Will they still be in business by the end of this year? We won't be...

I am a regular at this particular dunkin. I always do a mobile order. I usually go inside but today I went through the drive through because of the snow. I ordered a medium iced coffee like I ALWAYS have. my order is never different. mind you, it’s always the same two people working. they constantly mess up my order everytime they work. when I pulled up to the window, the worker says “there’s no coffee in this.” I said “what do you mean?” he repeats it again. I said “so your coffee machine is broke?” he said “no, there’s no coffee because of all the stuff you had added to the drink” (which was cream, sugar, and caramel flavor.) to which he asked if I still wanted it and I obviously replied yes because I paid for it. he then responds with “order a large next time.” and hands me a drink with coffee pouring out of the cup everywhere. it was so full I had to pour it into another cup.

I have ordered this same exact drink hundreds of times. this was not my fault. they had the cup filled to the top with ice, then put coffee in it, which obviously it’s already going to be full at that point and the cream and sugar is going to make it overflow.

these 2 workers that are constantly here need to be taught customer service along with how to make a drink. since when do you tell a customer that???? not to mention they are always “out of something” whenever I come in but when it’s other people working coincidentally they have it. This Dunkin donuts is so AMAZING!!! All the staff is very friendly and fast. Ice coffees are the best and you can tell they take extra time to make every drink with LOVE. The strawberry 🍓 donuts are always fresh and taste like they just came out of the oven. I also like the breakfast sandwiches so much I eat one every morning to start my day. They cook the bacon perfect everytime. Make sure you stop by an try this amazing restaurant 💗💗💗. No one makes better coffee ☕... every drink is special. As soon as a wake up I start my day off with the biggest size ice coffee. BTW I even stopped making my own coffee... 5 stars. To ADD... I just took another sip of heaven. They ALL are the GOAT 🐐 coffee baristas and are also Detroit Lions fans 🦁💙🩵💙 !!! Go lions!!! I never had better ice coffee in my life!!! You're stupid if you go anywhere else...also stop brewing your own coffee it sucks compared to the BEST brewers in the whole entire world (that happen to work at this location) !!!!! I worked 7 days in a row and had no energy now I feel GREAT 😃 stop in now fools!!!!! Also the Mango Pineapple 🥭 🍍 GREEN 💚 tea is BOMB AF!!!
