I will start with the positive things. This location is open 24/7 and the time of my visit was 5am ish so I am applying that grace as I proceed with this review as the sun wasn’t even awake yet.
I’ve visited this location before and I’ve had really good service when I go into the building to place my order… going through the drive thru not so much. On this day I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit and a strawberry coconut milk refresher. The cashier asked if I wanted anything else I asked for honey to which she sharp and swiftly replied “we don’t have honey”. I said “y’all don’t have honey packets?” She said “We don’t have honey” I said oh, okay which surprised me because I’m not sure if they were simply out of honey and it was not communicated well or if they no longer carry honey however, I know for sure they usually have honey because I get it every time I order their biscuit sandwich and they add it to tea when requested.
I proceeded to the window, paid and received my order. The refresher was delicious! I’m not sure if they were trying to cut down on waste by not giving me a bag but my sandwich was handed to me like change after you break a 20 dollar bill and it was cold. Kind of frozen in the middle which was strange because I know for certain they make their eggs fresh every 15-20 minutes. For those reading this wondering well did you go back to have it corrected? The answer is no, I didn’t go back to have it replaced because I didn’t have the mental capacity to communicate my disappointment in a way they wouldn’t be misinterpreted as rude vs simply wanting better service. It was just too early in the morning for misunderstandings out of hanger. I also didn’t call and report it because it wouldn’t have been corrected in the future.

Read moreI visited around 12:30 am tonight and needed something to eat, not wanting fried foods from other late-night fast food restaurants. I was expecting a donut or bagel, but when I asked the employee taking my order (Randy) if I could order food, they told me they could only do some stuff due to a lack of ingredients. They told me a list of things they did have the ingredients for and offered them on a bagel because they didn't have bread. I told them I didn't want to put them out, but they insisted they were happy to do it. I had them make a turkey club on an everything bagel and ordered a cup of soup. Randy was so friendly at the window and I asked them if they were the only one working, and they said they were. I was just so taken aback, because it would have been a lot less work and time spent on my order if Randy had just told me they didn't have bread and can only do soup or bagels. Instead, Randy went the extra mile and accommodated my request with a smile on their face. Most employees would have taken a route that were easiest for them, especially since they're alone in the store. Instead, I took my food home and pulled out the sandwich Randy made me which, by the way, was the best-looking sandwich I've ever gotten at a Tim Horton's!!!! I ordered on the app as usual get there, no cookies. The store manager Ashley says we don't have cookies. I ask if we can get doughnuts instead. She proceeds to ring up most expensive doughnuts telling me I'll have to pay this amount. I said they never do that. I get to window and ask for manager she says I am the manager. I asked because they refused to refund the cookies. I asked for corporate number and for her to write her name down with it so when I call I have it. She refused at first saying she don't have it for me to Google it. She finally gave me the number and as she was doing so a employee decided to yell at me from across the room that's how we do it. And then she wasn't gonna give me the cookies I paid for I had to ask. Called corporate was told they can refund from the app as long as it's store pick up. That was lie number one from Ashley. Lie number 2 they don't have corporates number. Lie number three there is no one above her. Horrible horrible customer service. Wannabe lied to go to this Timmy's.
