He was incredibly knowledgeable about all the different types of mattresses available, and was able to explain the differences between each one in a way that was easy to understand. Throughout the entire process, he was patient, attentive, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. Employee Andrew was very helpful. They have twin mattresses as samples of larger sizes, I was shopping for a kiñg size, this young man didn't mind switching them several times to help me pick out the best mattress for me. It/ the mattress is actually a gift I'm giving. There is free delivery. They had a 72 hour sale just . I saw it online then called the Mattress Firm store to ask a few questions to help me decided if I was going to buy a mattress and go into the store. It was good to have the store close by, so I could try them out, and didn't have to pick blindly on-line. They even have cooling pillows... Which I will be purchasing in the near future. Prices were reasoñable and more of a selection than the last store I purchased a mattress at. Oh, on-line you can get a 15% discount coupon. On 699.00 or more. My purchase was below that but I will use the coupon another time. The mattress will be delivered next week. My salesman was Jared! First, the store is clean and set up for easy movement around the beds. Jared was so helpful when searching. Although I had a lot of knowledge ahead of time by doing bed research, I had not narrowed it down to a particular one. He made sure I found what was most comfortable for me, while staying as close to my narrow budget, since I was looking for an adjustable base as well. I have A LOT of major medical issues causing my looking into the new purchase. I couldn't afford exactly what I wanted, although he did everything he could to try and get it as close to the budget as he could.
