Boba Luv — Restaurant in Fresno

This was my family new pho/boba place to go to but I’m reconsidering it after today. We have a party of five so each placing our own order to avoid confusion. At least that was I thought. The guy still got our order wrong. Second preventable error would have been, we get our print out receipt to verified what we got. No receipt. The wait time usually long so we expect that. 45 minutes later our food came. I didn’t get any food. I thought his tray was full so maybe he will bring mine separately. Third mistakes, in normal restaurant setting the server usually ask “Is there anything else I can get you?” (Before he walks away, nope none of that). He knows that was all the food he delivered and clearly sees that one adult did not get any food. 15-20 minutes later my family finishing their food. I finally ask, I’m still waiting on my food. He stated oh that’s all the orders I have for you. I told him I order 2 regular boat noodles. He stated he only charge for one. So I went to pay for one more. Once an again in a normally good customer service setting they would say we are so sorry for the mistake, let us make up for that and at least charge at a discount price. They would also expedite my order so I don’t have to wait another 40 minutes for my one bowl of noodle, while they serve the rest of the customers came after us. I just lost all my appetite and should just walk out of there. My husband who was the better person keep insisted on me having that bowl of noodle we came. Totally...

Okay, time to be honest. So don't get me wrong, the Boba tea here is up there with some of the other really good Boba shops in town, but I still gave it a 4 start instead of 5. It's an overall rating, NOT just the tea it's self.

So let's start with the good first. The tea it's self taste amazing, I usually the Fruit Tea drinks because they are usually the most refreshing, especially if you add Boba and Lychee jelly.

Also, the menu has a great variety for sure, which includes tons of drinks and hot food. Great job!

Now for the bad. In my opinion The parking is really bad. And yes this does dictate the ratings because if it isn't easy to park and access then I feel like it would be an inconvenience to go and buy Boba especially if I just want to stop and grab 1 drink and go.

Food is fine drinks are fine, but the first time i went they messed up my food order, and the second time i went they forgot a couple add-ins for my wife’s drink… then tried to hide it. I only noticed in the first place because when the woman brought the drinks over to the guy at the register I saw her pointing at the receipt and whispering to the guy. I figured something might be wrong, so when they called me up and handed me my order and then walked away i looked at the receipt at the top of the pile and saw they had marked it next to the missing drink add-ins. Not only did they get her drink wrong, they knew about it before giving it to us, didnt try to make it right in any way, and then walked into the back as if to avoid us talking to them about it.
