Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Fresno

Where to start, where to start, where to start!! I have been to this resturant since 2011, and since then service was inconsistent until January 2018. With that being said tonight my family and I visited their new location in the Hoover Pavilion on First and Bullard; to say this visit was phenomenal would be the understatement of the century!! Upon entering if you look to the right you see a wall of beers; the wall of beers contains about 20 beers on tap including three different varieties of wine!! I have been to several restaurants in Fresno, and have yet to see this amazing site!! I'm not even a beer drinker, and still I recognize the awesomeness of this wall (but I do drink wine)! On the same side of the wall of beer there is a vapor table that looks like a fire table, and it is a Beautiful site. Now let me tell you if you are expecting a regular Round Table menu please throw that misconception right out the window!! At this location you will find all of the go to favorites you've come to expect, but now their is so much more!! The menu now features 4 different types of Harris Ranch burgers, 9 different types of wings, 5 varieties of sandwiches, 4 bread twist varieties, 5 different appetizers, three different types of Sliders in addition to three different salad offerings. If you choose to take advantage of the wall of wonder (as I call it) you will give them you credit card to hold, and show them your ID to scan. Once this is done you are given a bracelet that has your information (name only as you don't have to close out your tab by credit card) which will operate the wall. I got wine, so I grabbed a glass, scanned my bracelet, and poured how much wine I wanted. As I was walking by I saw a gentalman pouring his beer in a frosted cup; but I also saw the screen warning him that he might have had too much to drink. I must tell you this is COOL AS ALL GET OUT!! My family and I ordered our normal which is Ulta-Meat and a dozen garlic parmesan twists; but this time we also ordered one of their newest menu items bacon cheddar twists. Naturally the pizza & garlic parmesan twist were on point; but let me tell you the bacon and cheddar twist came out of no where!! I mean where have these been all my life!! I also ordered a truly yummy caesar salad simply because I knew just by observation that this salad would be worth it, and I was right on the money. To me what makes this location stand out is the employees!! Having been to the prior location many times I was beyond impressed with the level of customer service every single employee offers!! I had the pleasure of speaking with Danielle, Allison, Milton and Justin; let me tell you I am so excited to see this resturant have such amazing people working there. Our order was taken with care, and was 100% accurate. It was Allison who advised me to try their new bacon cheddar twist, and I'm glad I listened!! Had the dinner pizza salad..drinks at this particular Round Table Pizza Arcade Very happy and satisfied with the service.very attentive girls at front register every worker I seen at their position being authentic..at what they do..Very clean spacious Very positive attitudes..Great variety of salad..Left Happy and greatful..I had gone to prior Round table at Tulare st and treated very unfair.the man there Mike is very rude treats customers bad..and talks down to his workers..he's a very unhappy man..it was easy for me to go dine there 2 min away.from where I live..but honestly from dining there I started just doing take out..Mike is very unprofessional and treats people with no respect..im sure he knows who I am because he constantly reminds people what to eat..and said lettuce doesn't get changed out/or fresh..he' says what's there.we don't do new lettuce..and don't get extra ranch /if u want extra pay extra.very irritated. SO I FINALLY LEFT .LIKE A BAD EX..Honestly no need for his arrogance and mean demeanor with clients..Thank you Round Table Arcade!..For the great customer service..and dinner time..Definitely promoting you...

It's amazing how just a few employees can make a business look bad permanently. We go in for that large Specialty Pizza special for $26.99. Instead we get a $39.99 pizza with $7.00 off. Once we figured that out and brought it to the employees attention they gave this big moan like "so you want us to refund you the difference? I mean we have you $7.00 off "? So with attitude we got our difference back is was like $6.50 Then we inspecting our 3 breadstix we noticed they were super thin & half the size of normal. It looked like 1 normal bread stick/twist cut into 3 pieces. We obviously refused that and si now we needed another refund. To make things even worse once we get home the pizza wasn't even correct like someone rushed thru making our pizza without following directions. We asked light sauce & fresh garlic on top....NO GARLIC & NO LITE SAUCE LIKE WE ASKED. We call them to complain and they simply put us on hold for like 20 minutes then hang up on us....we call back 3x and all three times we get put on hold then hanged up on. We will be going in person today to share our experience with the general manager. Love to see what...
