Needed a part for my Kenmore dryer. I called Appliance Parts Depot to find out if they carried the 2 possible parts I would need. After explaining to Paul at Appliance Parts Depot what was going on with my dryer he said, "it's most likely the thermal fuse, it usually is". Paul said he had it in stock. When I arrived at the store with my thermal fuse, Paul tested it and it was bad. Paul did not try to sell me any parts I did not need and even said he was trying to save me money. Gentleman working 9/13 was amazing!!! We walked in with a fuse, he tested it, said it was good and referred us to the next thing it could be. A door switch! Was $23 and he gave us a parts diagram and even said if it still isnt working, bring me these parts, we'll test them and see whats up. IT WAS THE DOOR SWITCH!
