TL;DR: Fraudulent card charges
Went here on saturday 4/19/25 and had my card fraudulently charged for someone else's tab. I ordered a doubleshot of tequila and sprite, get a notification from my bank app that my card was charged the appropriate amount, and walk to the patio after I get my drink and card back.
A few minutes later I get a notification from my bank app that my card was charged again, this time for $38.50. I go and talk to the bartender immediately after I see the charge. The two bartenders that night looked through each receipt and couldn't find one with my card number for the amount. They did find a tab for $38.50 but the receipt showed it was paid with an Amex card, my card is not an Amex.
They talked to their manager after spending 30 minutes or so on this and I was told to wait a few days for the charge to drop. I waited and the charge never went away, it did increase to $44.50 from whoever tipped them for the tab. I have called a few times and showed up in person but they don't put any effort into making the situation right.
There are three cameras pointed to where I was at, presumably recording to an NVR. It's not complicated to check this out. Disputing with the bank now. Don't waste your time here unless you want to pay a cover just to spend time trying to resolve an issue...

Read moreI have never had en employee anywhere be so rude to me as a bartender here last night. I believe I overheard another customer call her Rihanna, but I'm not entirely sure that is her name. She deserves to be fired. I was patiently waiting at her end of the bar while she served the people who had been there before me when she proceeded to help others who came after me. It appeared she knew some of them and I'm not sure they even paid for their drinks. I said "excuse me" a couple of times and she still proceeded to ignore me. She then stopped and yelled with a considerable amount of attitude "If I'm ignoring you it's because I'm busy. Don't yell at me". She walked away and proceeded to serve others and refuse to serve me. At no point had I yelled at her. I have worked in customer service for a very long time and even IF she perceived I did something rude (which I'm sure will be her defense) an employee can't and shouldn't be rude back to a customer under any circumstances.
