Very bad service.

On Saturday, March 24, 2018 at approximately 0815 hours, I arrived at Carls Jr. at Herndon Street and First Street and I approached the front count to order my food.

At this time, the employee at the front counter; Stated can I help you in a very rude manner and she was angery about something and when she handed me my food, she stated here you go in a very rude manner. I was very nice to her the whole time. I then asked her where I could fill up my cup of coffee and she stated over there. Not telling me exacly where. Again in a very bad manner. I think that customers should receive a better customer service from the employees there. It seems to me that employees there do not care if you eat there or not. I received very bad service this morning and I am not going back to that place. Next time I will go to a different Carls Jr. See how they...

Placed order through drive through, one burger special cheese, mayo and onion only and hash browns. Got home burger only had cheese and Patty's were dry and crumbled like from day before, oil that hash browns were cooked in was rancid and made my wife retch. What's sad is the person at window came back to confirm what was supposed to be on burger and receipt was correct to. Went to take back and person in kitchen rolled eyes and just slapped mayo and onion on and kept receipt. In disgust I went to the Carl's on Blackstone which I've never had issues and they made correct first time. I hate to be that person but the Herndon and first Carl's has always had issues and employees and management could care less. If in area just go the extra 2 miles to the one...

Would be greatly appreciated if Carl's Jr would train people how to use the military discount code because they think it cannot be done with combos however it can. They always want to break it down individually which makes it more expensive. Seriously think about it because it doesn't sound correct to a normal person why on one day its $36 for two combos and then on a different day when ordered the same food. Its $22.59 how is that possible maybe because one person knows how to do his job. And a female employee who is a shift lead didn't know what she was doing and a guy is not a manager and furthermore he did it correct. Seriously so maybe you should talk to your employee seriously she gets paid more now so she should know how to do her job...
