Chiffonos Bakery — Restaurant in Fresno

I LOVE the tuna sandwich, it's moist, perfect flavors & the bread's excellent. I'm gluten intolerant & thank Jesus the bread at Chiffonos does NOT hurt my stomach! The owner said he bakes the bread in house. My mom tried the tuna sandwich, now she's hooked too! The sandwich menu's on the wall mounted flatscreen. There's a list of the ingredients included in the sandwich & you tell them what you'd like to leave out. Ex: pickles, mustard, etc

Just wow. I was turned on to this place a while back (almost 10 years ago) from my friend. It was still a hidden gem I believe at that point. I have been across the country for several years, but still I have continued to follow them through social media and continue to admire from afar and watch them grow in popularity and so as soon as I was back in the valley I had to go. I was so pleased today I finally got to try their sandwiches and I will say it was phenomenal. Like one of the best I have ever had, their fresh baked bread is amazing. Their lemon bars and cupcakes were just as delicious as before. Quality control 👍❤....
