Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Fresno

This is my favorite Chipotle ever, that's it! But, I'm leaving this review specifically for the guys that helped me on Sunday around 9:30 pm. Jazmin was very welcoming and friendly. Literally, She always has an outstanding attitude! Angel welcomed me with a smile, and did a short talk with me and took my order. Then, he had the perfect portions right on the spot. He thanked me then went to the friendly cashier lady (don't know her name?)

I dined in and was ready to dig in my delicious looking plate. I took my first bite and let me tell you. The recipe of the chicken was PURE LOVE! Whoever cooked it made it real good! Not to salty like the past couple times I've been. Not over cooked or raw. It was just right! I enjoyed every bite!

I often frequent various chipotle locations because my son loves this restaurant. He has autsim and chipotle is one of the few things he'll eat. I'm not going to write all the long details here but I will say this establishment does not provide reasonable accommodation for all people with disabilities. Even worse, basic acknowledgement, kindness are disregarded. Me and my child left in tears. A simple act of not being rude was all that was needed. My child was terribly frightened by a dog in the restaurant they were near the exit so we couldn't leave. No assistance no understanding was offered. Have gone to this location when the Herndon and Fowler location is outta my way. But as of today I will not be going back to this location. I understand that places get busy but just because your busy doesn't mean you just throw my burrito in some foil and call it a day. I placed a order on the app for 2:30pm pick up time for a double wrap chicken burrito. When getting there order wasn't ready which is no problem but when arriving home with order I take my burrito outta the bag and foil isnt wrapped correctly and my double wrap burrito is a burrito with tortilla slapped around it.
