Jamba — Restaurant in Fresno

Driving home fm work & decided to stop for a PROTEIN drink. Now I never have these... until yesterday. I'm usually a dream machine person if and when I go. I didn't really know the exact name of the protein drink that my coworker got so I tried looking in the book first. Upon entering the Jamba Juice on Cedar/Shaw I was welcomed by the young man at the counter. Very polite. When ordering I was helped by Vic (read her name tag) & she was extremely friendly and HELPFUL. She let me sample the soy milk after I admitted I never had it and convinced me it would taste great. She even said she'd make it herself since that's her personal favorite drink. Honestly, it was a pleasant experience. Something so small as being treated kindly by strangers made my afternoon. Had a horrible experience with an extremely aggressive panhandler outside of this Jamba Juice. My family and I go to this location several times a month as its close to our home. The panhandler was being aggressive toward woman as they approached the business in particular a very pregnant young lady. As a woman I asked him nicely to stop scaring people. He proceeded to curse me out and I asked the Manager of this Jamba Juice to call 911 (I'm Former PD) She proceeded to tell me I should have left him alone "Cux he isn't causing any problems". I came here to pick up my order 7:20pm. A homeless dude came out of JJ and came to my car asking for $$. Luckily I didn't come out of my car or roll down my windows. I nodded my head telling him I don't have anything to give him. He decided to tapped on my driver side window and smiled. He walked away from my car and threw a bread or something at my car. He kept walking around the parking lot. I decided to call JJ, told the worker what happened. I told her I am not going to step out of my car to p/u my order bc I didn't feel safe.
