Taco Bell — Restaurant in Fresno

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at this Taco Bell location. The cashier, who told us to use the kiosk, displayed a complete lack of customer service skills. When we mentioned that we didn't know how to use it, instead of offering assistance at the register, she insisted that we use the kiosk anyway. Although she eventually showed us how to use it, the entire experience felt dismissive and unprofessional. To make matters worse, I specifically ordered a Veggie Mexican Pizza due to my dietary restrictions and religious beliefs, which prohibit me from eating chicken. Despite this, she served me a regular Mexican Pizza with chicken. This is absolutely unacceptable and incredibly disrespectful. For someone who cannot eat chicken due to religious reasons, this mistake caused immense frustration and left me feeling disregarded and deeply disappointed. This kind of attitude and poor service is completely unacceptable. I strongly urge management to address this issue and ensure such incidents do not happen again. This employee's behavior and disregard for basic service etiquette warrant serious consideration for disciplinary action. I hope improvements are made...

This is probably actually the worst Taco Bell that exists. The wait is always at least 20 minutes in the drive thru (oh and that’s a minimum wait with only 2 cars in front of you while you are picking up a mobile order). So you mobile order your sauce packets in advance and never get them. When you order at the drive thru and specify a number of sauces you will only get half that number. The food is always cold. If you order more than 1 item they will probably short you something. They never give utensils or napkins. They literally charged more for a cup of ice. Sometimes I’ll come to the drive thru around 9 pm and they tell me they are closed so yeah definitely hasn’t been open 24 hours for years now. Oh and I almost forgot the rice is always hard and undercooked! This place should honestly just close and try to start over. It’s beyond help! I continuously order at this location hoping for my order to be right but it never is. Tonight I decided to take a risk at ordering through doordash KNOWING I wouldn’t be there to assure my order was correct. Fast forward to when my food arrives- I receive soggy, poorly put together (supposedly) crunchy tacos (when I didn’t even order those in the first place) as well as half of my drinks missing. Due to the fact that I was hungry, I decided to not fuss and eat them anyways. An hour later I am glued to the toilet and can’t seem to leave it. I guess they call it toilet bell for a reason. Will avoid this location from now on. I would give this a 0 if it was possible but I can’t, so for that I give a one. And that is only due to those working in the middle of the night when the most of us don’t want to.
