My family of 5 went to CW Fresno Shaw on Sunday 7/14 and will not be returning for a bunch of reasons. 1. Waitress who sat us started to take drink orders literally as we were walking to our seats. I think we were like a pace or two away but was weird and really set the bad experience off. We did arrive around 1230 which I understand is close to the end their shift but really no excuse to rush. 2. Both men and women's bathrooms were plugged. This is unsettling. My son and wife went to wash their hands and seen this horrific scene prior to ordering a meal at their establishment. 3. Prices were buffed up from our last visit by at least 15% for me hat we call decent food. We usually go and get the specials so my family can take a cooking session off. Also food always lacks salt and/or seasonings but what's on the table. Just an FYI. 4. Two egg meal was like 1 and half eggs. We all mostly ordered scrambled but looked like they skimmed off the top to serve for a couple of other tables. My daughter ordered over hard eggs and you could see two eggs. My new hack to ensure I get what is advertised and what I pay for. Pancakes saved the meal. 5. During our meal waitress with neck tattoo never approached us once to offer assistance only after we were almost done with our final check. I was 3/4 of the way complete with my meal. Bad form IMO. 6. Bill was only 59.00 but I could not leave more than 3.00 dollars tip based on our experience. But after walking towards the exit door, I overheard the neck tattoo waitress complain to another waitress, with what I assume complaining about my low tip. I am assuming this because I had just signed their new POS system and she was immediately upfront when we walked out. I even heard the other waitress say, "we did better last Sunday..." Conclusion: the establishment just went through what I assume was a revamp of the menu and added a POS system where they now do the whole flipping of the iPad to place pressure on folks to get social anxiety to tip more. With families now looking for better deals, this place went they exact opposite way. We will not be eating here again. I would would rather go to a busier higher-end place, where the service rocks and food is on point. This place is one step up from hotel Continental breakfast. Last example, the manger gentleman was sweeping right next to us instead of fixing the whole bathroom issue. Like WTH. It felt like it was the whole let me sweep so they feel pressured to leave quick sweep. Place is horrendous. Just my...

Read moreDrove up and saw parking lot is empty, it never has been in all the years I’ve been coming. I knew something was up. Then seated by wonderful servers, nice and friendly. But there was a TV that was blaring and we couldn’t even hear one another at the table. As an advocate, species needs family…. This is what gets me, the plastic lid for our grandson’s juice we’re not designed for opening. Clearly these were coffee cup lids to go. Cheap… so now we needed to cut through the lid to make an opening for him to drink his fluid safely. I asked to talk to owner, she never came to table. Now sadly, what she doesn’t realize is that as a patient safety advocate for a local hospital, for children, she could have learned something. What a liability if someone cuts themselves by trying to make an opening for a kid that could have been prevented by buying the right lids in the first place. Business woman to business woman, at least take the time to listen to your customers. I care about our children’s safety, no one needs to go to a restaurant and cut themselves trying to simply drink their fluids. See...
