Waiting patiently in line for the self checkout. I have a gallon of milk and a loaf of bread for my 3 daughters lunch. I notice the girl helping and wiping down each register after each use is a little load about telling the next person its their turn but didnt think anything of it. All i wanted to do is get in and out of the store with what i need. My turn at the register and it ask me how i would like to pay and i push CASH, i do not like to use my cards unless i have to because i have been ripped off almost a dozen times with people getting my number. My purchase comes up to $6.08 so i start putting $1's in the machine so i can get them out of my wallet. When i get $4 dollars in the girl wiping the machines comes up to me and yells at me that im only supposed to be using my card so i look at her because im very confused.....usually if you have to use your card its because the machine is only accepting cards. This girl just stares at me and says nothing more so i finish putting in the last 2 dollars and then a quarter.... She then hollars at me again 5hat im to only use cards for my purchase! So calmly i ask her why when the machine is apparently taking cash no problem and her only reply is that its what was told to her! Im sorry but im going to need a better excuse than that.....is Target only accepting cards now and if so why arent they i forming us as we enter the store! Why wait and try to embarrass us at the register and more importantly i do not come into a store that is forcing me to wear a stupid worthless mask just to have their workers yelling and breathing on me and trying to spread this virus that is killing people. How would Target like a phone call from my attorney for a fat lawsuit for attempted murder. Because im think8ng that a place like this that is having their workers come up to a foot away from people to breath on them and yell at them and trying to spread this virus around. I dont know if this girl has this virus neither do the people running this store. So i think thats what i will do....when you management that are running this target store get a call from Moran and Moran come Monday morning you will know its from the guy that you tried giving this virus too! Maybe after a few bucks you will change your store policy about how you approach your customers. My daughter's need their father just like many parents out there that are depended on....i dont come in your store refusing to wear a mask and breathe on people or your workers because i tend to care about others and their families. If you want to run your store this way then i bet money that we can get your doors shut...
Read moreI have been shopping at Target for over 30 years and I had the worse shopping experience when I went shopping today! There was a sign by the Dr. Pepper saying 4 for $10 and when I went to the register they were ringing up as $3.49 I told the cashier that there was a sign saying they were 4 for $10 but she didn't believe me and she calls some guy that was standing by her register wearing an orange vest with a beard up to ask him about it, he scanned the item with his phone and then said no they are not on sale but I told him there was a sign saying they were on sale and he kept saying that they were regular priced. He then gets an ad and says no they are not on sale and keeps us waiting there while he calls someone in the back to ask them and they tell him that they are not on sale and then finally I have to ask my son to go back there and show them the sign that says 4 for $10 meantime I'm still waiting at the register and I just tell the cashier to go ahead and take off the Dr. Pepper and I'll pay for the rest of my items, well the cashier ends up voiding my whole transaction instead of just voiding the Dr. Pepper so I have to wait there even longer for her to reenter all my items again while she's aggressively just pulling everything out of the bags and rescanning everything all over again. I almost just felt like leaving everything there and just leaving the store. This was one of the worse experiences ever. For the cashier not to believe me when I was telling her about the sign and having me wait there like I did something wrong is humiliating. Shopping should be a pleasant experience and this was not a pleasant experience at all. And also there were like 15 bags of Kraft cheese on the shelves that had already expired. This should not be acceptable...
Read moreI'm sure shopping in store might be okay as long as the employees aren't as awful as the ones doing curbside pickup orders.
I checked in the app that I'm on my way, at least 20 mins ahead of time. I get there and park and check in.
As I'm sitting there I watched the employees get people's items and give them to them. They'd take off and another would park in their spot. They'd get their order and leave, another would go in those spots. These 2 employees working had gone back for carts full of times 3 different times. And given people who got there 15 mins AFTER me their items. They never once looked at me and apologized or anything. Which one would expect when waiting forever. One customer got a WHOLE CART FULL of items 15 mins after I was already waiting. I had only ordered ONE ITEM!
I WAITED OVER 20 MINUTES for freaking Curbside which is supposed to be quicker and easier as well as less frustrating. I could've gone in quicker to get it but wasn't able to change it back to inside pickup after already checking in that I was there!
Do better please!!! GO IN ORDER of who freaking arrives!...
