Times Square — Local services in Fresno

Getting Unsafe, ran down, out dated and most of the good store moved to better locations. It almost looks abandoned. Had a group of people try messing with me. One asked me something to distract me and another tried come u behind me. An third sitting in a chair out of site. The distracter start check out the inside of my car.to see if your alone or had something they wanted. An they seen I wasn't alone and there was nothing in my car. So the one distracting me quickly leaves and signals the one coming up from behind which I seen was coming up from my blind spot. Just as I jump into my car I could just see there was something off from the start. I hope they do fix it up and clean up the shopping center make it look better then new any maybe they get better business to move...

This center used to have Vons, Rite Aid, and a computer store, Microland. I bought my Apple there in 1984 when it was thriving and am truly disappointed in the empty spaces today. It looks mismanaged, in need of retail stores, as if it stayed devastated by the recession of 2007. The key is low rents to hold businesses through tough times.
