Sichuan Hot Pot — Restaurant in Fresno

Absolutely fantastic addition to Fresno. This is a fairly new hot pot location and the first of its kind that I know of in Fresno. We tried the beef combo, stomach combo, and mushroom combo. There was wayyy more food than we could eat for 2 people so we cooked our leftovers and took them home. I believe combo meals are typically intended for about 4 people.

The broths were flavorful and the meats picked up their flavors well. We tried the kim chi broth and the mushroom broth and both added a lot to the flavors of the meat and had dept to their own individual flavors as well. The staff was very attentive and helpful and walked us through the menu and explained how we would select the items we wanted. The menu was pretty extensive and had a significant variety of options. It is pricier and we spent about $120 for the two of us, but it was an excellent experience and our leftovers fed us the next day as well.

We went just as they opened (before it gets too hot!) and it there was plenty of space. I'd highly recommend trying them out if you like hot pot. I don't know of any other hot spot location in this style in Fresno, so I'd love to see them get more support from...

So far it was a good place to have hot besides my hub and I our first time trying here. Time says close at 10pm. Arrive at 915pm. We understand staff were busy and we waited. I notice the gentleman at the registered and another lady looked at us but instead of helping us I see that they look like they want us to leave. 2 other server ladies, a younger woman and an older woman were nice and told us they will help us in a bit. After waiting for almost 10min, the gentleman came and told us that their dining is closed. I look at the time it was 924pm. I was ready to leave but the older server lady was really nice and welcome us to go sit, but as she starts to sit us, the gentleman starts to tell the older lady that the dining is closed but she insisted and take us to the table. The gentleman continued and argued with the older lady in their language. At that point I'm ready to leave, I don't even want to stay. But due to my husband and the older lady service, I stayed. Food was good and good selection choice of meat and vegetables. Staff were nice and very helpful Besides the gentleman. Please in the future clarify the closing time so you won't wasted...

Great place! I had no idea we had a hot pot place this good in town. Since there were two of us, we picked a medium beef broth, and the pork collagen broth. Medium was quite spicy so I can't imagine what "spicy" broth would be like. We ordered meats and veggies from the a la carte menu. The sets of items offered are for larger parties. It didn't seem like we ordered much to add but we ate our fill and then took home 3 containers of leftovers. This is traditional hot pot. There is a heating surface built in to the table with controls on the open end of the table. The ambiance was pleasant yet casually elegant. This is a place to bring family and friends and have a dining experience. No dressy clothes required....
