We went here for the first time today and unfortunately despite the good food (which we took to go) the service was awful and we will not be back. The waiter consistently tried to rush us to order despite it being our first time and despite waiting for a friend to return from the restroom. When we let him know we still weren't quite ready and needed another moment he suggested coming back in 15 minutes I wasn't sure if he was kidding or not but didn't think much of until he continued to state he wasn't trying to rush us but he had a lot of work to do and they get busy. I was taken by surprise but decided to hurry up and order and let it go. After the food came out very quickly by several people we had everything except an iced tea. The waiter came back and asked if he could get us anything else. Thinking since the food was brought out by multiple people it could be possible the tea was simply missed in the shuffle, we kindly responded to him asking about the iced tea. He responded with "Yeah I know I only have two hands" and got very defensive. We were all shocked I was so angry i needed to cool off so I asked for everything to go and went to go sit in the car while my girlfriend and friend waited for the takeout boxes. After a while of waiting my friend came out to the car to inform me the waiter continued to argue with them and was being defensive going as far to even address whether or not we would be leaving a tip.I went back to the table to figure out what was going on and my girlfriend told me that when she tried to pay the waiter addressed the tip again stating we didn't have to leave one but he needed the money...We did get a sweet apology from another woman but despite that we won't return. Ordered on DoorDash and I was very disappointed in the noodles to meat ratio at such a high cost. Received only half of a meatball for a $20 pho is ridiculous. A tiny bit of tripe and two single slices of brisket. The rare beef was decent but I received about 2 lbs of noodles! Wayyyy too much noodles for the little bit of meat and broth provided. Literally had to waste a pound of noodles. Also received a single packet of hoisin and a single packet of siracha. No hot chili oil. Thank goodness I have my own siracha, hoisin and spicy chili that I didn't need to use theres but if I didn't I would've been even more upset.
