I recently had the pleasure of dining at Diciccos , and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in, the warm ambiance and inviting decor set the tone for what would be an unforgettable evening.

The highlight of our visit, however, was the outstanding service provided by Jon, the restaurant’s manager. Jon went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was perfect. He was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and offered great recommendations tailored to our preferences. His genuine passion for hospitality was evident in every interaction, making us feel like valued guests rather than just customers.

The food itself was exquisite—each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The staff, under Jon’s leadership, worked seamlessly to deliver our meals promptly, all while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.

Worst experience. If i can give 0 stars i would! I called and ordered one large pepperoni pizza and two ranches (very simple order) they told me it would be here within an hour. Great!

Called back after an hour goes by and they said its on its way it will be here in 5 to 7 minutes (cool a couple minute late is fine it just started raining so understandable)

After another 25 minutes i call back to ask where my pizza is and the manager was super rude saying that they ran my card at 520 not 5 and was very persistent on that argument (even though its 645 now plus my call log said 458 and i was on the phone for 3 minutes with them) i was trying to explain to her the time didn't matter and im not trying to debate because 5 or 520 doesnt matter because its still late and i just wanted to know when my pizza was coming i didnt want anything else and she hangs up on me.

A few minutes later my pizza comes not only is the box soaking wet but my pizza was really cold and undercooked and the ranch cups weren't even half filled.

Very gross and i wont even bothering calling back because the manager was so rude

This place is horrible!!!! I ordered food for delivery. They said 45min wait maybe even sooner then that....an hour and 10 mins later. The food arrives spilling out all over the bag, food was cold, no bread. I called the restaurant back and spoke to Jack(manager). He said I can credit your account or make you some more food. I said No then it will be another hour to wait for food. I said why doesn’t your driver just bring me the money back instead of crediting my account. He said yea that will be ok, I will call him right now and have him bring you your cash. The driver shows up and says here is your money and I need the food. I was taken back and I said, “Are you serious? “ he said, “yes that is are policy.” Shocked and upset I called Jack back and said, “You did not state that your driver was going to come back give me my money and take the food we have waited for, for over an hour and 10 mins.” He goes well I was under the impression you knew that. “I said NO I wasn’t because you did not state that!!!” Customer service??? what customer service???? This place is a JOKE...horrible.....I will never go back nor would I want anyone else to go through...
