I have been to this restaurant many times in the past. A year ago a screw was in found in my food. I told staff and they let me know if must have fallen off a pan when cooking. Only a sorry was offered and I was ok with that. Since this was my fiances favorite restaurant. (My fiance passed away 4 months ago).
Fast forward to this Tuesday. I went in with 3 friends. We were seated quickly but then no one came for about 20 mins. Then when the waitress came and took our order my friend asked if they had something that she didn't see on the menu. (Menu changed) she was told yes. Her food came out with sour cream in the middle of the food (She didn't order sour cream shes allergic). When she told the waitress the waitress stated rudely "That's what's on the menu, you ordered it." When told she did not the waitress took the plate and scraped the sour cream off and returned the plate within 30 seconds. My second friend ordered a burger well done it was pink and bloody. I ordered light onions and bells on my omelet it was full of them. My friend decided its not safe to eat here anymore and asked for the meal to be removed. Asked for a manager. 1 min later another waitress came (pretending to be a manager) said she will not take the meal off but will make her something else. (She no longer felt safe to eat here). The pretend manager and 1st waitress were smirking and saying You have to pay for the meal. Ill make you something else. I asked for their names they refused to give them. Said they don't have to. (One was Teresa due to receipt). Since I request to go here I decided to take the tab but said I will only deal with the manager at this time. The pretend manager refused to come back to take my payment sending another staff. At that moment the new waitress informed me that she called the real manager at home and he would be coming to help out with this situation. The other woman was not a manager but just a waitress. The manager came 20 mins later. By this time I was in tears as they have now messed up the beauty I remember of my fiance in this place. The real manager possible owner arrived and was very polite and shocked over the behavior or his staff. He remembered me and my fiance. He said he will take care of things. However after charging us he left back out.
I use to love this restaurant. Not quite sure what happened. The menu is different the food was not good. It did not have the same quality of food as before. Very different staff as well. Nothing was the same. Poor quality of a...

Read moreThe hostess wanted our party of 8 to move tables after seating us and our coffee and water was served. This happened after we waited 40 minutes for a table which we didn't mind at all. She said the table they sat us at was reserved by another party of 8 even though there was no "reserved" sign on our table. We saw the reserved sign being used at another small table. We didn't want to move after partial service and questioned her. She said she would ask the manager. A second female came to the table saying we had to move. We were already enjoying our beverages and didn't want to pack everything to another table and wondered why the other party couldn't just take the other large table that was available. Again we were told the table they sat us at was for someone else. We said would just take our business elsewhere. She said she would ask the manager. No manager ever came over. The sweet waitress then came and took our order. Thanks to her we stayed and enjoyed our meal despite the inconsiderate hostesses. It was a very uncomfortable situation as other patrons overheard us being asked to move to the table by the door for no valid reason. I was disappointed and embarrassed as we had out of town visitors who had never been to FBH and we wanted to show off the beautiful, delicious restaurant. Really too bad we were treated like we weren't important. Another customer sitting within earshot actually came up to us on their way out saying what a wonderful family we were and they overheard the...
