We ended up in Fresno for an appointment and took advantage of being able to eat at Fresno Breakfast House as we’d heard about it from some friends. It didn’t disappoint and we’ll be back as soon as we head back to Fresno (which hopefully won’t be soon, no offense lol). Food was delicious. Between the two of us, we ordered the turkey sausage scramble, chile verde omelette and French toast. All of it was scrumptious and portions were plenty that we took half home and enjoyed them the next day. Everything was fresh and flavorful, and our coffee stayed full by our waitress. So appreciate that! The ONLY thing we would recommend is turning down the live music. A gentleman was playing live guitar on a speaker system and it was beautiful music, but so loud that we had a hard time hearing our own conversation at times. (And no, we don’t have hearing problems. Ha!) Otherwise, 5 stars!

We were not expecting the incredible breakfast we had today at Fresno Breakfast House. The food was amazing, the music was a great mix, and the service was top notch. It's a little hidden behind the large fountain outside, but it's totally worth looking in. It was a very nice, clean, friendly environment with some great 60 and 70s classics playing. The skylight lit up the main room brightly, and gave the room a very alive good morning feeling. I had the eggs and sausage breakfast, and my wife enjoyed the waffle special. Both came out fantastic. This is definitely our new breakfast spot. We look forward to trying the rest of the menu! Update: Had another incredible breakfast at The Fresno Breakfast House today. I loved the live music today along with the classic omlete. This place is incredible and the food is always impeccable.

It’s been years since I’ve eaten here. It was my bride’s first time here though and she loved it. The ambience of the place first of all made it feel very welcoming. We decided to try the chicken and waffle and the Chile verde burrito with potatoes on the side. I did ask before I ordered the chicken and waffle, what kind of chicken was it, they told me it was tenders. I still ordered it though and received 3 small chicken tenders and a Belgium waffle. Not really worth the $19 cost. However what made up for it was the Chile Verde burrito and crispy potato. I would definitely order that again. Service was excellent and atmosphere is a place to bring a date or the family. I would recommend this hidden gem and I am certainly glad to come back.

I have been to this restaurant many times in the past. A year ago a screw was in found in my food. I told staff and they let me know if must have fallen off a pan when cooking. Only a sorry was offered and I was ok with that. Since this was my fiances favorite restaurant. (My fiance passed away 4 months ago).

Fast forward to this Tuesday. I went in with 3 friends. We were seated quickly but then no one came for about 20 mins. Then when the waitress came and took our order my friend asked if they had something that she didn't see on the menu. (Menu changed) she was told yes. Her food came out with sour cream in the middle of the food (She didn't order sour cream shes allergic). When she told the waitress the waitress stated rudely "That's what's on the menu, you ordered it." When told she did not the waitress took the plate and scraped the sour cream off and returned the plate within 30 seconds. My second friend ordered a burger well done it was pink and bloody. I ordered light onions and bells on my omelet it was full of them. My friend decided its not safe to eat here anymore and asked for the meal to be removed. Asked for a manager. 1 min later another waitress came (pretending to be a manager) said she will not take the meal off but will make her something else. (She no longer felt safe to eat here). The pretend manager and 1st waitress were smirking and saying You have to pay for the meal. Ill make you something else. I asked for their names they refused to give them. Said they don't have to. (One was Teresa due to receipt). Since I request to go here I decided to take the tab but said I will only deal with the manager at this time. The pretend manager refused to come back to take my payment sending another staff. At that moment the new waitress informed me that she called the real manager at home and he would be coming to help out with this situation. The other woman was not a manager but just a waitress. The manager came 20 mins later. By this time I was in tears as they have now messed up the beauty I remember of my fiance in this place. The real manager possible owner arrived and was very polite and shocked over the behavior or his staff. He remembered me and my fiance. He said he will take care of things. However after charging us he left back out.

I use to love this restaurant. Not quite sure what happened. The menu is different the food was not good. It did not have the same quality of food as before. Very different staff as well. Nothing was the same. Poor quality of a...

Fresno Breakfast House is, without a doubt, a hidden treasure that will make you wonder how you ever lived without it! The moment you step through the door, you’re hit with the irresistible aroma of sizzling, fresh ingredients and the welcoming, cozy vibe that makes you feel like you’ve just discovered your new favorite spot.

Now, let’s talk about the food, because it’s nothing short of extraordinary. If you’re into breakfast burritos, you have to get the Chili Verde Breakfast Burrito—it is absolutely out of this world! The flavors are next level—tender, flavorful chunks of pork, perfectly balanced with that spicy, savory chili verde sauce that’ll make your taste buds sing with joy. Every bite is packed with so much deliciousness that you'll be tempted to order another one before you even finish the first. The tortilla is perfectly soft, and the eggs, cheese, and potatoes? Pure comfort food magic.

And it’s not just the burrito—everything on the menu is an absolute delight. The pancakes are so fluffy and melt-in-your-mouth good, and the hash browns are crispy perfection. Whether you’re a fan of sweet or savory breakfasts, Fresno Breakfast House delivers an experience that’s better than you could imagine.

The service is friendly, quick, and just the right amount of laid-back. The staff makes you feel like a regular, even if it’s your first time in. Plus, the atmosphere is inviting, so you’ll feel right at home whether you’re here for a casual breakfast or a special brunch outing.

If you haven't been to Fresno Breakfast House yet, WHAT are you waiting for? The Chili Verde Breakfast Burrito alone is worth the visit, but everything else will make you want to come back over and over again. Trust me—this place is a breakfast lover’s...

The hostess wanted our party of 8 to move tables after seating us and our coffee and water was served. This happened after we waited 40 minutes for a table which we didn't mind at all. She said the table they sat us at was reserved by another party of 8 even though there was no "reserved" sign on our table. We saw the reserved sign being used at another small table. We didn't want to move after partial service and questioned her. She said she would ask the manager. A second female came to the table saying we had to move. We were already enjoying our beverages and didn't want to pack everything to another table and wondered why the other party couldn't just take the other large table that was available. Again we were told the table they sat us at was for someone else. We said would just take our business elsewhere. She said she would ask the manager. No manager ever came over. The sweet waitress then came and took our order. Thanks to her we stayed and enjoyed our meal despite the inconsiderate hostesses. It was a very uncomfortable situation as other patrons overheard us being asked to move to the table by the door for no valid reason. I was disappointed and embarrassed as we had out of town visitors who had never been to FBH and we wanted to show off the beautiful, delicious restaurant. Really too bad we were treated like we weren't important. Another customer sitting within earshot actually came up to us on their way out saying what a wonderful family we were and they overheard the...
