i tried to work with this place in a couple of occasions. i dropped off watches to be looked at n i m thinking " it is worth it , i ll fix them" every time i v been there the witch woman, whatever she is , looking woman , says" i ll call you in about 3 days or so, to update you on what needs to be done for that watch". the entire week goes by,not even a call from that woman.

i always end up being the one calling in about to find out satus only to find out watch needs an overhaul and they want to charge close to $ 600 for a caravell automatic watch. to me, that is way too much here in fresno,ca.

here s the main problem, that lady lacks customer service skill, she is not reliable,whatsoever, then on top of that, lets pretend i say yes or agree to the overhaul they tell me it d still take at least 3 weeks to get parts and another 3 weeks to repair it., at least.

today, the armenian owner and her snapped at me bacause i didnt get watch overhauled... of course, money loss for them.unbelievable, what an audacity for people that v got no customer service skills.

why d want to do over haul to watch with mediocre ,and incopetent owners . i had to leave that store n to never coming back for sure.

just think it over three time before business engaging with this store.

oh, ptr i v got the cash to overhaul, but my money goes where i m treated nice politely, not withsnots whos boat seems to be...

While back, I went to a Jewelry store to inquire about getting my ring resize. The Jewelry store said they couldn't do, because they afraid that they may damage the stone. It is a special ring that I received from my lodge (428) brother during my 3rd degree ceremony.

Well, a few months later, few of the brothers from another lodge (247) told me about Ara Karkazian Jewelry (AKJ). The following day, I went to AKJ and spoke with owner himself (Brother Ara). I sat in Mr. Ara office and explained my situation. Mr. Ara explained the process of resizing a 100+ year old ring can be a little tricky, but its doable. In my heart and mind, I have no doubt that Mr. Ara and his staff can't perform the work. The spiritual power set me at ease when I walked into AKJ. I left the special ring with Mr. Ara and I knew everything will be ok. About a week later, I went to pick it up and put on my finger, and it fit like a perfect gloves.

A few months back, AKJ had a promotional gathering and I invited a few friends in show of support and it was delightful and fun to hang-out with Mr. Ara and his staff. Great jewelry company with great staff all around.

There enough amazing things to say about Ara Karkazian! My wife and I went in to look at some wedding bands but didn't find anything that matched what we were looking for. Luckily, Karkazian Jewelers specialize in making custom jewelry! We were able to get a mold made that matched our existing engagement band perfectly, to be intricately designed and created in store. The level of service and attention to detail is above all else. I couldn't imagine going to any other jeweler to make our big day that much more amazing. What a dream come true.

I recently inherited an engagement and wedding band from my late Nana. After receiving it. I took it straight to Ara Karkazian jewelers. They were able to have the bands and stones appraised, cleaned and repaired in less than a week. Anthony was extremely helpful in advising of needed repairs due to the age of the stone settings, and the experienced geologists on site were able to advise of the exact repairs and cost. I'm extremely grateful for their expertise in enhancing this coveted family heirloom.
