Legendary Phở Kitchen — Restaurant in Fresno

Very bad customer service, and food isn’t so great. I only have to come here when my husband & I want PHO & is too tired to drive across town for other PHO reaturaunts.

My 1st experience, they had me waiting for 1 hour on PHO that I ordered to go. It was too long that I walked out the door.

2 months later, I gave them another chance, and the customer service was still very bad.

1. They don’t greet you politely or welcome you

2. They tell you to sit anywhere, sometimes with tables still dirty

3. They give you menus, but never serve you water, or ask. My husband always ask for water 2-3 times, and keeps reminding them.

4. Everytime we order PHO, they sometimes don’t have all the required vegetables, and they don’t give you enough meat. (3-4 strips of meats). —Even ordering different dishes, we noticed, they don’t really put meat. It was like we ordered a vegetarian plate. NOTE: Every Asian reaturaunt we ever been to, they aren’t like this. Because they serve you more meat on your orders with good customer service, and you don’t gave to worry about getting your water, or getting it refilled.

5. Unorganized work ethics: always rushing, slow service while they don’t have a lot of customer, or when it’s not busy. Poor follow-up communication with their customers.

Beef PHO was ok, not great, but was ok. My wife got the spicy Kung Pao chicken rice plate. Is a rice plate dish, ok.. She asked for chow mein noodles. Guy said sure, extra $5. Was our first time there, so I said ok. Her plate came, it has the spicy kung pao chicken, but no rice🤔🤔, and a small portion of chow🤔😕. I asked, apparently, Spicy Kung pao chicken rice plate is $10.50, and costs $5 extra to remove rice from her kung pao chicken Rice plate completely, and Add small portion of chow mein noodles. $5 extra, take away all rice, give very small portion of noodles. Wow, that's a pricy deal. And fountain drinks are not free refills. At least, at the very least offer the 2nd refill absolutely free, but no, no free refills. I had always gone to the Asian market right there in the same parking lot area & I get the chicken & lab but unfortunately there was none at the market. I was told to go to the restaurant & the same lady makes it at the market makes it there. I go & get it but when I had gotten home to eat it was not the same. Very salty & not the same seasoning. Then to top it off I called the same day & the lady Soua laughed because I didn’t like the plate. I asked to speak to the manager & she was rude. Anyways I ended up speaking to the manager & she said I could go back & get another plate or get my money back. I went to get my money back then the same lady who was rude didn’t want to give my money back. Bad service & no it’s not the same lady who prepares the food at the Asian market....
