Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Fresno

I was greeted with an “awesome” at the end of our monetary exchange. The lighting always makes me wanna cringe at first, then my brain says it alright—no fluorescents here so I always have this startled look on my face, sometimes grateful. My 4 dollar card worked no problems. Coffee was called out in string confidence. Love that as I can’t hear well. Is it Bowie’s death or birthday....though totally enjoying this tribute to him. There are two books here and plenty of accessible plugs. Not much in the way of comfortable seating except over there in the secret nook. There is NO lock on the bathroom or secret codes. The employees seem sweet and kind. It’s still raining so here we sit, though I think it’s time to don the boots and get out there. It’s quiet, not so loud or rushed. Parking is easy. Why does this location seem to have so many issues? I used to love it: right by my house, pretty quick drive thru, easy parking to grab mobile orders. I understand it’s been a rough year with COVID but it seems like every other month they are changing their hours, not open at all, drive thru only. Mobile order has been off, today it showed they were open for orders. Went to grab my drink and the doors are locked, told they are drive thru only and to go thru the drive thru to get my order, a bit annoying. Girl at the window was a bit rude in letting me know the mobile orders aren’t supposed to be on and they will be drive thru only for a week or so. This Starbucks used to be really good but I have been dissatisfied too many times in thr last year. There are some people that have been there a long time tht are good but over all this location has gone way down. I will be going to the Shaw location from now one. This one has limited hours. The inside is sometimes randomly closed even after all of the stores are open onside. Its is very, very, very slow to the point tht Im irrtitated regularly after leaving. Not sure if they have new people or corp is not givin them hours but it has been a dissapointment and this location has made me unnecessarily late to appointments and other engagements.
