Punjabi Tadka — Restaurant in Fresno

This place blow my freaking socks away. I have never had Indian food truck in the past this was my 1st time . I mean since I was kid I’ve alway eaten tacos trucks but never Indian truck anywhoooo . I usually only get 1 order but since the plates were only $10!!!!!! I said let me get 2 lol. I ordered the malai kofta and butter Chicken w rice . Their butter chicken was smackkkinnn I’ve never had a butter chicken so good what made it so fire in my opinion was that the chicken was crunchy it was grilled but crunchy 10/10 . Then to the my favorite the malai kofta their sauce here is 10/10 . Also the customer service was amazing she asked how my day was going before I ordered . Before I left I just had to let both ladies that I try a lot of Indian restaurants and they blow me away by how delicious this place was. You have to come and try also it’s sooooo cheap . Just seen I had saved this place in Google! Let me tell you! This food is goood! I love Indian food and the pricing and portions are perfect. The lady that helped me was soo nice! The Fish Pakora was decent, but the two sauces it came with were great — rich and flavorful enough to carry the meal. Cleanliness wasn’t terrible, but the place could use a bit more attention to detail. Overall, worth a try for the sauce, though there’s room for improvement. Will try again...
