I was there today to pick up some pizza and there was a lady in front of me With her kids. From what I saw, she had picked up an order a few minutes before and she went back to let them know that they double charged her card. She told the The lady in the front that her card has been charged twice and she said no We didn’t. The lady said yes, he did and she was showing her the transactions and she still denied it so the lady who purchased a pizza told her let me speak to a supervisor and she said I am the supervisor and a very good way. The lady who purchased the pizza said that I need to speak to another supervisor she said there’s no other supervisor s Supposedly, she was calling a supervisor, which, in reality she was calling the police and then after she called the police, she called another supervisor. The police did show up. The lady showed her that both transactions that have been charged to her account and I overheard the office. I can understand the frustration. I do see two transactions. The first supervisor was extremely rude and made a comment of her being old which the lady was not old at all The lady did tell both the so called “ Supervisors” You really wanna see how old I am, which is a little bit comical of both supervisors were out of line extremely rude for being supervisors. From what I witnessed, both officers did see the transactions on there which they did overcharge her so that’s letting me believe that they are constantly doing this to people so if you purchase anything with the debit card, your credit card doublecheck your receipts before you leave that store. Makes me think how many times have they stolen from people. I heard the lady customer saying we always come here every Friday to purchase pizza I have no need to be getting free pizzas. I do have money. My husband works both Employees were wrong and I do hope that the store owner or the franchise or the corporate office do contact this lady I for one will not be getting pizza from there anymore. Not to be mean, but I hope these people lose their jobs. There are people who do need to work and have manners and respect. They tend to forget the customers like this lady and myself we pay Their salary. If somebody had told me, I would not have to leave what happened today, but I myself seen it firsthand! The customer lady was not rude. I was trying to be polite cordial to the The so-called supervisors, but they were the ones that were out of hand. I truly do hope that their boss really does something about it and they’re not friends or acquaintances, and they take pride in their company because they will continue to lose customers other people that witnessed it and seen that we’re very disappointed and upset due to that and only because we knew the customer was right and she was showing them the transaction From her bank account. I’m just so happy that for the PD actually sided with her, but she was within her right… And I am talking about the little Caesars on Shaw /West.
